Voor de RUD NHN is kennis, inzicht, gedrag en vaardigheid van onze medewerkers de spil van onze dienstverlening. Omdat ook de opdrachtgevers (de Noord-Hollandse gemeenten) aan ons vragen om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitscriteria 2.1 hebben wij al veel geinvesteerd in opleidng en ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers. Onze ambitie is dat zij ook in de toekomst blijvend te voldoen aan deze landelijk geldende criteria. Het project Blijven(d) voldoen sluit naadloos aan bij deze behoefte. Mede dankzij de ESF-subsidie kan dit project uitgevoerd worden. (Dutch)

For the RUD NHN, knowledge, insight, behaviour and skill of our employees are at the heart of our services. Because the clients (the North Holland municipalities) also ask us to meet the quality criteria 2.1 we have already invested a lot in training and development of our employees. Our ambition is that they will continue to meet these nationally applicable criteria in the future. The project Continuing (d) meets this need seamlessly. Thanks to the ESF grant, this project can be implemented. (English)

Per RUD NHN, la conoscenza, l'intuizione, il comportamento e la competenza dei nostri dipendenti sono al centro dei nostri servizi. Perché anche i clienti (i comuni dell'Olanda settentrionale) ci chiedono di soddisfare i criteri di qualità 2.1 abbiamo già investito molto nella formazione e nello sviluppo dei nostri dipendenti. La nostra ambizione è quella di continuare a soddisfare tali criteri applicabili a livello nazionale in futuro. Il progetto Continuing (d) soddisfa questa esigenza senza soluzione di continuità. Grazie alla sovvenzione del FSE, questo progetto può essere attuato. (Italian)

Parce que les clients (les municipalités de Hollande-Nord) nous demandent également de répondre aux critères de qualité 2.1, nous avons déjà beaucoup investi dans la formation et le perfectionnement de nos employés. Notre ambition est de continuer à répondre à ces critères applicables au niveau national à l’avenir. Le projet Continuing (d) répond parfaitement à ce besoin. Für die RUD NHN stehen Wissen, Einsicht, Verhalten und Können unserer Mitarbeiter im Mittelpunkt unserer Dienstleistungen. Denn auch die Kunden (die nordholländischen Gemeinden) bitten uns, die Qualitätskriterien 2.1 zu erfüllen, die wir bereits viel in die Ausbildung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter investiert haben. Unser Ehrgeiz ist, dass sie diese national anwendbaren Kriterien auch in Zukunft erfüllen werden. Das Projekt Continuing (d) erfüllt diesen Bedarf nahtlos. Dank des ESF-Zuschusses kann dieses Projekt durchgeführt werden. (German)

Debido a que los clientes (los municipios de Holanda Septentrional) también nos piden que cumplamos con los criterios de calidad 2.1 ya hemos invertido mucho en la formación y el desarrollo de nuestros empleados. Nuestra ambición es que sigan cumpliendo estos criterios nacionales aplicables en el futuro. El proyecto Continuing (d) satisface esta necesidad sin problemas.
