In de ESF vordering wordt aandacht gevraagd voor het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid. Duurzaam inzetbaar zijn werknemers die nu en in de toekomst gezond, gemotiveerd, competent en productief aan het werk kunnen zijn. Hoe vertalen wij dit naar onze werknemers? Het Beertje is een kinderopvangorganisatie die het belangrijk vindt dat kinderen spelend leren. Wij geloven dat dit een goede basis is voor later. Als je dit als organisatie uitdraagt, is het natuurlijk ook van belang dat je zelf ook blijft leren en ontwikkelen. Hoe kunnen wij anders onze kinderen de optimale speel-leer ervaring bieden? Dankzij deze subsidie willen we kritisch laten kijken naar ons eigen leerklimaat binnen de organisatie. Een adviseur zal ons adviseren en begeleiden om samen met ons team een optimaal leerklimaat neer te zetten. Zodat wij ook optimale begeleiding aan kinderen kunnen bieden. Je bent tenslotte nooit te oud om te leren! (Dutch)

The ESF progress draws attention to the issue of sustainable employability. Sustainably deployable are employees who can now and in the future be healthy, motivated, competent and productive at work. How do we translate this to our employees? The Beertje is a childcare organisation that considers it important that children learn playful. We believe this is a good basis for later. If you promote this as an organisation, it is of course also important that you continue to learn and develop yourself. How else can we offer our children the optimal playing-learning experience? Thanks to this grant, we want to have a critical look at our own learning environment within the organisation. An advisor will advise and guide us to create an optimal learning climate together with our team. So that we can also offer optimal guidance to children. After all, you're never too old to learn! I progressi del FSE richiamano l'attenzione sulla questione dell'occupabilità sostenibile. Distribuibili in modo sostenibile sono dipendenti che ora e in futuro possono essere sani, motivati, competenti e produttivi sul lavoro. Come traduciamo questo ai nostri dipendenti? Il Beertje è un'organizzazione di assistenza all'infanzia che considera importante che i bambini imparino giocosi. Riteniamo che questa sia una buona base per dopo. Se si promuove questo come un'organizzazione, è naturalmente anche importante che si continua a imparare e sviluppare te stesso. In che altro modo possiamo offrire ai nostri figli un'esperienza di gioco-apprendimento ottimale? Grazie a questa sovvenzione, vogliamo avere uno sguardo critico al nostro ambiente di apprendimento all'interno dell'organizzazione. Un consulente ci consiglierà e ci guiderà per creare un clima di apprendimento ottimale insieme al nostro team. In modo che possiamo anche offrire una guida ottimale ai bambini. Dopo tutto, non sei mai troppo vecchio per imparare! (Italian)

Les progrès du FSE attirent l’attention sur la question de l’employabilité durable. Les employés qui peuvent, aujourd’hui et à l’avenir, être en bonne santé, motivés, compétents et productifs au travail sont des employés qui peuvent être déployés de manière durable. Comment traduire cela à nos employés? Le Beertje est une organisation de garde d’enfants qui considère qu’il est important que les enfants apprennent l’esprit ludique. Nous pensons que c’est une bonne base pour plus tard. Si vous faites la promotion de cela en tant qu’organisation, il est bien sûr également important que vous continuiez à apprendre et à vous développer. Comment offrir à nos enfants une expérience optimale d’apprentissage du jeu? Grâce à cette subvention, nous voulons avoir un regard critique sur notre propre environnement d’apprentissage au sein de l’organisation. Un conseiller nous conseillera et nous guidera pour créer un climat d’apprentissage optimal avec notre équipe. Afin que nous puissions également offrir une orientation optimale aux enfants. Après tout, tu n’es jamais trop vieux pour apprendre! (French)

Die Fortschritte des ESF weisen auf die Frage der nachhaltigen Beschäftigungsfähigkeit hin. Nachhaltig einsetzbar sind Mitarbeiter, die heute und in Zukunft gesund, motiviert, kompetent und produktiv am Arbeitsplatz sein können. Wie übersetzen wir das in unsere Mitarbeiter? Die Beertje ist eine Kinderbetreuungsorganisation, die es für wichtig hält, dass Kinder spielerisch lernen. Wir glauben, dass dies eine gute Grundlage für später ist. Wenn Sie dies als Organisation fördern, ist es natürlich auch wichtig, dass Sie sich weiterhin selbst lernen und weiterentwickeln. Wie sonst können wir unseren Kindern das optimale Spiellernerlebnis bieten? Dank dieses Zuschusses wollen wir einen kritischen Blick auf unser eigenes Lernumfeld innerhalb der Organisation werfen. Ein Berater berät und führt uns an, gemeinsam mit unserem Team ein optimales Lernklima zu schaffen. Damit wir auch Kindern eine optimale Beratung anbieten können. Schließlich bist du nie zu alt, um zu lernen! (German)

Los avances del FSE llaman la atención sobre la cuestión de la empleabilidad sostenible. Los empleados que pueden ahora y en el futuro ser sanos, motivados, competentes y productivos en el trabajo son desplegables de manera sostenible. ¿Cómo traducimos esto a nuestros empleados? El Beertje es una organización de cuidado de niños que considera importante que los niños aprendan juguetón. Creemos que esta es una buena base para más adelante. Si promueves esto como una organización, por supuesto también es importante que sigas aprendiendo y desarrollándote. ¿De qué otra manera podemos ofrecer a nuestros hijos la experiencia de juego-aprendizaje óptima? Gracias a esta beca, queremos tener una mirada crítica a nuestro propio entorno de aprendizaje dentro de la organización. Un asesor nos asesorará y guiará para crear un clima de aprendizaje óptimo junto con nuestro equipo.
