Las Plataformas Áreas de Investigación del INTA son herramientas necesarias para la realización de gran parte de los proyectos en determinados campos científico, en especial el medioambiental (tanto desde el aspecto atmosférico como de observación de la Tierra). La operatividad, funcionalidad y disponibilidad de los dos aviones C-212-200 con los que cuenta actualmente el segmento aéreo de la ICTS PAI, se encuentra afectada por un alto grado de obsolescencia sobrevenida fundamentalmente en equipos electrónicos y eléctricos._x000D_ Con el presente proyecto FENYX, ambas aeronaves C212-200 serán sustituidas por una gran aeronave de alta capacidad, que no solo garantizará la permanencia a largo plazo de la ICTS, sino que hará posible ampliar las capacidades existentes (autonomía, carga de pago, alcance…)_x000D_ La nueva aeronave que se propone es un C-295, elección que se justifica a partir de la revisión del informe final del programa COPAL (COmmunity heavy-PAyload Long endurance Instrumented Aircraft for Tropospheric Research in Environmental and Geo-Sciences)._x000D_ Con esta nueva aeronave se podrán llevar hasta 10 grupos de científicos a bordo, con una autonomía de unas 8h, lo cual permitirá aumentar significativamente la capacidad investigadora existente en Europa, y en particular en España. The INTA Research Areas Platforms are necessary tools for the realization of a large part of the projects in certain scientific fields, especially the environmental one (as much from the atmospheric aspect as of observation of the Earth). The operation, functionality and availability of the two C-212-200 aircraft currently in the ICTS PAI air segment is affected by a high degree of obsolescence mainly due to electronic and electrical equipment._x000D_ With the present FENYX project, both C212-200 aircraft will be replaced by a large high capacity aircraft, which will not only guarantee the long-term permanence of the ICTS, but also make it possible to expand existing capacities (autonomy, payload, ...)_x000D_ The proposed new aircraft is a C-295, a choice that is justified by the review of the final report of the COPAL (COmmunity heavy-PAyload Long Endurance Instrumented Aircraft for Tropospheric Research in Environmental and Geo-Sciences) program._x000D_ With this new aircraft can carry up to 10 groups of scientists on board, with an autonomy of about 8 hours, which will significantly increase the existing research capacity in Europe, and in particular in Spain. Les plates-formes d’espaces de recherche de l’INTA sont des outils nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d’une grande partie des projets dans certains domaines scientifiques, en particulier l’environnement (observatoire de l’atmosphère et de la Terre). L’exploitation, la fonctionnalité et la disponibilité des deux avions C-212-200 actuellement présents dans le segment aérien de l’ICTS PAI sont affectées par un degré élevé d’obsolescence, principalement dans les équipements électroniques et électriques._x000D_ Avec ce projet Fenyx, les deux avions C212-200 seront remplacés par un avion de grande capacité, ce qui ne garantira pas seulement la permanence à long terme de ICTS; il permettra d’augmenter les capacités existantes (autonomie, charge utile, portée...)_x000D_ Le nouvel avion proposé est un C-295, un choix qui se justifie sur la base de l’examen du rapport final de l’avion Trommunic Research-Compétence (COCO) sur l’environnement. Die Forschungsplattformen des INTA-Ausschusses sind notwendige Instrumente für die Umsetzung eines Großteils der Projekte in bestimmten wissenschaftlichen Bereichen, insbesondere in der Umwelt (sowohl atmosphärische als auch Erdbeobachtung). Der Betrieb, die Funktionalität und die Verfügbarkeit der beiden derzeit im Luftsegment des ICTS PAI befindlichen Flugzeuge C-212-200 wird durch ein hohes Maß an Obsoleszenz, vor allem in elektronischen und elektrischen Geräten, beeinflusst._x000D_ Mit diesem Fenyx-Projekt werden beide Flugzeuge C212-200 durch ein großes Flugzeug mit hoher Kapazität ersetzt, das nicht nur die langfristige Dauerhaftigkeit von ICTS garantiert, sondern ermöglicht es, bestehende Kapazitäten (Autonomie, Nutzlast, Reichweite...) zu erweitern. De onderzoeksgebiedenplatforms van INTA zijn noodzakelijke instrumenten voor de uitvoering van een groot deel van de projecten op bepaalde wetenschappelijke gebieden, met name het milieu (zowel atmosferische als aardobservatie). De exploitatie, functionaliteit en beschikbaarheid van de twee C-212-200-vliegtuigen die momenteel deel uitmaken van het luchtvaartsegment van de ICTS PAI wordt beïnvloed door een hoge mate van veroudering, voornamelijk in elektronische en elektrische apparatuur._x000D_ Met dit Fenyx-project zullen beide C212-200-vliegtuigen worden vervangen door een groot vliegtuig met grote capaciteit, dat niet alleen de langetermijnduur van ICTS garandeert; het zal het mogelijk maken om bestaande capaciteiten (autonomie, payload, scope...)_x000D_Het voorgestelde nieuwe vliegtuig is een C-295, een keuze die gerechtvaardigd is op basis van de evaluatie van het eindrapport van het COPS-programma voor langetermijnonderzoek en transportmiddelen. Le piattaforme delle aree di ricerca dell'INTA sono strumenti necessari per l'attuazione di gran parte dei progetti in determinati settori scientifici, in particolare l'ambiente (sia l'osservazione atmosferica che quella terrestre). L'operazione, la funzionalità e la disponibilità dei due aeromobili C-212-200 attualmente nel segmento aereo dell'ICTS PAI sono influenzate da un elevato grado di obsolescenza, principalmente in apparecchiature elettroniche ed elettriche._x000D_ Con questo progetto Fenyx, entrambi gli aeromobili C212-200 saranno sostituiti da un grande aeromobile ad alta capacità, che non solo garantirà la permanenza a lungo termine dell'ICTS; consentirà di espandere le capacità esistenti (autonomia, carico utile, ambito di applicazione...)_x000D_ Il nuovo aeromobile proposto è un C-295, una scelta che si giustifica sulla base della revisione del programma di resistenza a lungo raggio (COP-COAL) per il programma di resistenza pesante del programma C-212-200.
