Hoogeboom Raalte is een vooruitstrevende organisatie die sterk groeit. Het bedrijf investeert in nieuwe toepassingen en nieuwe markten. Medewerkers moeten daarmee andere vaardigheden ontwikkelingen, zowel vakinhoudelijk als vooral ook vaardigheden die duurzame inzetbaarheid ten goede komen. Het bedrijf wil daarom investeren in het inzichtelijk maken van gewenste competenties in zowel de huidige als ook in de toekomst gewenste functies en de bijbehorende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden gekoppeld aan de ambities van medewerkers. De sterke groei zorgt ook voor uitdagingen op het gebied van een gezonde belasting van medewerkers op sleutelfuncties. Om de werkomstandigheden ook in de toekomst gezond te houden wil Hoogeboom Raalte investeren in een analysen van het werk, om deze samen met de betreffende medewerkers op een andere optimale vorm te organiseren met als doel het terugdringen van werkstress. Tot slot wil Hoogeboom Raalte deze veranderingen plaatsen in een praktische leercultuur. Deze moet nog verder vorm worden gegeven. Het bedrijf wil hier met dit project in investeren om zo medewerkers op structurele basis te kunnen ondersteunen in het duurzaam inzetbaar worden en blijven. (Dutch)

Al hacerlo, los empleados deben desarrollar otras capacidades, tanto en términos de contenido profesional como, sobre todo, para promover una empleabilidad sostenible. Por lo tanto, la empresa quiere invertir en la comprensión de las competencias deseadas tanto en las funciones actuales como futuras deseadas y en las oportunidades de desarrollo asociadas vinculadas a las ambiciones de los empleados. El fuerte crecimiento también plantea desafíos en términos de una carga saludable para los empleados en funciones clave. Con el fin de mantener las condiciones de trabajo saludables en el futuro, Hoogeboom Raalte quiere invertir en análisis del trabajo, con el fin de organizarlos junto con los empleados pertinentes de una forma óptima diferente con el objetivo de reducir el estrés laboral. La forte crescita pone anche sfide in termini di un onere sano per i dipendenti sulle funzioni chiave. Al fine di mantenere sane le condizioni di lavoro in futuro, Hoogeboom Raalte vuole investire in analisi del lavoro, al fine di organizzarle insieme ai dipendenti interessati in una forma ottimale diversa con l'obiettivo di ridurre lo stress lavorativo.
