Limewise geeft talent de vruchtbare grond, ruimte en aandacht om te groeien. Vanuit deze missie maken zij zich hard voor talentvolle mensen die ogenschijnlijk niet de perfecte bedrijfsgerelateerde vaardigheden en kennis hebben, maar wel de potentie om de rollen en taken te vervullen die gevraagd worden. Zij kunnen met behulp van de ESF subsidie hun mensen een programma bieden wat hen helpt bij het zichtbaar maken van hun talent en het creëren van ruimte om zicht te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd werkt het talent aan een leercultuur binnen zijn werkomgeving en plaveit hij de weg voor andere talenten om zich te ontwikkelen. (Dutch)

Limewise le da al talento el suelo fértil, el espacio y la atención para crecer. Desde esta misión, se esfuerzan por personas talentosas que no parecen tener las habilidades y conocimientos perfectos relacionados con el negocio, sino el potencial para cumplir los roles y tareas que se requieren. Con la ayuda de la subvención del FSE, pueden ofrecer a sus ciudadanos un programa que les ayude a hacer visible su talento y a crear un espacio para desarrollar la visión. Al mismo tiempo, el talento trabaja en una cultura de aprendizaje dentro de su entorno de trabajo y allana el camino para que otros talentos se desarrollen. (Spanish)

Limewise dà talento il terreno fertile, lo spazio e l'attenzione per crescere. Da questa missione, si sforzano per persone di talento che sembrano non avere le competenze e le conoscenze aziendali perfette, ma il potenziale per svolgere i ruoli e i compiti che sono necessari. Con l'aiuto della sovvenzione FSE, essi possono offrire ai loro cittadini un programma che li aiuti a rendere visibile il loro talento e a creare spazio per sviluppare la visione. Allo stesso tempo, il talento lavora su una cultura di apprendimento all'interno del suo ambiente di lavoro e spiana la strada per lo sviluppo di altri talenti. (Italian)

From this mission, they strive for talented people who seem not to have the perfect business-related skills and knowledge, but the potential to fulfill the roles and tasks that are required. With the help of the ESF grant, they can offer their people a programme which helps them to make their talent visible and to create space to develop vision. De cette mission, ils s’efforcent de trouver des personnes talentueuses qui ne semblent pas posséder les compétences et les connaissances nécessaires en matière d’affaires, mais qui ont le potentiel de remplir les rôles et les tâches requis.
