Stigas: Duurzaam werken in de A&G sector. Als hét kenniscentrum voor de A&G sector op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid en bekend staande om de integrale ketenaanpak als het gaat om preventie van inzetbaarheidsproblematiek, is Stigas door de sociale partners LTO Nederland, CUMELA Nederland, Branchevereniging VHG, FNV en CNV Vakmensen vertegenwoordigd in het bestuur van de Stichting Gezondheidszorg Agrarische Sectoren gevraagd en gemachtigd om een ESF-subsidieaanvraag op te stellen en in te dienen. Als de ESF-subsidie wordt gehonoreerd wordt extra financiële armslag verkregen om na afloop van het <<Sectorplan Agrarische & Groene sector>> de bedrijven en werknemers in de A&G sector verder te helpen om ‘langer doorwerken’ op een gezonde en productieve manier mogelijk te maken. Kortom, duurzaam werken realiseren door de uitvoering van activiteiten die zijn opgenomen in het beleidsplan/projectinitiatief van Stigas “Een vitale sector heeft de toekomst”. (Dutch)

Stigas: Sustainable working in the A&G sector. As the knowledge centre for the A&G sector in the field of sustainable employability and known for the integrated chain approach when it comes to preventing employability issues, Stigas has been asked and authorised by the social partners LTO Nederland, CUMELA Nederland, Branch Association VHG, FNV and CNV Vakmensen represented on the board of the Foundation for Health Care Agrarische Sectors to prepare and submit an ESF grant application. If the ESF subsidy is honoured, additional financial flexibility will be obtained to further assist the companies and employees in the A&G sector in order to enable ‘longer working’ in a healthy and productive way after the completion of the <<Sectorplan Agricultural &Amp; Green Sector>> the companies and employees in the A&G sector. In short, achieve sustainable work through the implementation of activities included in the Stigas policy plan/project initiative “A vital sector has the future”. (English)

Stigas: Lavoro sostenibile nel settore A&G. In qualità di centro di conoscenze per il settore A&G nel campo dell'occupabilità sostenibile e noto per l'approccio a catena integrata in materia di prevenzione dei problemi di occupabilità, Stigas è stato invitato e autorizzato dalle parti sociali LTO Nederland, CUMELA Nederland, Branch Association VHG, FNV e CNV Vakmensen, rappresentato nel consiglio di amministrazione della Fondazione per i settori dell'agricoltura per l'assistenza sanitaria, a preparare e presentare una domanda di sovvenzione FSE. Se la sovvenzione del FSE sarà onorata, si otterrà una maggiore flessibilità finanziaria per assistere ulteriormente le imprese e i dipendenti del settore A&G al fine di consentire un "lavoro più lungo" in modo sano e produttivo dopo il completamento del piano settoriale Agricolo & Green Sector>> delle imprese e dei dipendenti del settore A&G. En tant que centre de connaissances pour le secteur A&G dans le domaine de l’employabilité durable et connu pour l’approche en chaîne intégrée en matière de prévention des problèmes d’employabilité, Stigas a été sollicitée et autorisée par les partenaires sociaux LTO Nederland, CUMELA Nederland, Branch Association VHG, FNV et CNV Vakmensen représentées au conseil d’administration de la Fondation pour les secteurs Agrarische de la santé pour préparer et soumettre une demande de subvention FSE. Si la subvention du FSE est honorée, une flexibilité financière supplémentaire sera obtenue afin d’aider davantage les entreprises et les employés du secteur A&G afin de permettre un «travail plus long» de manière saine et productive après l’achèvement du <<sectorplan Agricultural & Green Sector>> les entreprises et les employés du secteur A&G.
