Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i przebudowa budynku starej szkoły w Lutowie obejmująca adaptację obiektu na potrzeby aktywizacji społecznej, mający na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Sępólno Krajeńskie.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie. Le projet a pour objet la rénovation et la reconstruction de l’ancien bâtiment scolaire de Lutów, y compris l’adaptation de l’installation d’activation sociale, visant à renouveler l’espace dégradé identifié dans le programme de revitalisation locale de la municipalité de Sępólno Krajeńskie. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Renovierung und Rekonstruktion des alten Schulgebäudes in Lutów, einschließlich der Anpassung der Einrichtung zur sozialen Aktivierung, mit dem Ziel, den im lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramm der Gemeinde Sępólno Krajeńskie ausgewiesenen degradierten Raum zu erneuern. Oggetto del progetto è la ristrutturazione e la ricostruzione del vecchio edificio scolastico di Lutów, compreso l'adeguamento dell'impianto di attivazione sociale, volto a rinnovare lo spazio degradato individuato nel programma di rivitalizzazione locale del comune di Sępólno Krajeńskie. Il beneficiario del progetto è il comune di Sępólno Krajeńskie.
