In 2016 hebben wij een medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek uitgevoerd. Mede door de resultaten van dit onderzoek, maar ook doordat we ons midden tussen de gezonde groenten en fruit bevinden, hebben wij het programma RedStar Actief geïntroduceerd bij onze collega's. Wij hebben een geweldig product: de smaaktomaat. Nu willen wij die gezondheid ook uitstralen. Met het programma van RedStar Actief bieden we verschillende activiteiten en workshops aan. Onze collega's hebben in het begin van het jaar een Health Check aangeboden gekregen en aan de hand daarvan zijn doelen opgesteld waar door middel van het RedStar Actief programma aan gewerkt wordt. In 2016 we conducted an employee satisfaction survey. Partly because of the results of this research, but also because we are in the middle of the healthy fruit and vegetables, we have introduced the RedStar Active program to our colleagues. We have a great product: the taste tomato. Now we want to radiate that health as well. With the RedStar Active program we offer various activities and workshops. Our colleagues were offered a Health Check at the beginning of the year and on this basis they set targets that are being worked on through the RedStar Active Programme. (English)

Nel 2016 abbiamo condotto un sondaggio sulla soddisfazione dei dipendenti. In parte a causa dei risultati di questa ricerca, ma anche perché siamo nel bel mezzo della frutta e verdura sana, abbiamo introdotto il programma RedStar Active ai nostri colleghi. Abbiamo un ottimo prodotto: il pomodoro al gusto. Ora vogliamo irradiare anche quella salute. Con il programma RedStar Active offriamo varie attività e workshop. Ai nostri colleghi è stata offerta una valutazione dello stato di salute all'inizio dell'anno e su questa base hanno fissato obiettivi su cui si sta lavorando attraverso il programma attivo RedStar. En 2016, nous avons mené un sondage sur la satisfaction des employés. En partie à cause des résultats de cette recherche, mais aussi parce que nous sommes au milieu des fruits et légumes sains, nous avons introduit le programme RedStar Active à nos collègues. Nous avons un excellent produit: le goût de la tomate. Maintenant, nous voulons aussi rayonner cette santé. Avec le programme RedStar Active, nous proposons diverses activités et ateliers. Nos collègues se sont vu offrir un bilan de santé au début de l’année et, sur cette base, ils ont fixé des objectifs qui sont en cours d’élaboration dans le cadre du programme RedStar Active.
