    Met behulp van organisatie insight activity en de tool Magpie, genereren wij een wekelijks inzicht in tevredenheid, cultuur en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Met behulp van deze gegevens zetten wij in 2017 een uitgebreid trainingsprogramma op. Dit programma is erop gericht om zowel management als medewerkers te ontwikkelen op onze cultuur, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en specifiek de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. (Dutch)
