Westeneng is een toekomstgericht accountants- en advieskantoor. Als organisatie willen we daarom verder investeren in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Om dit te bereiken is allereerst in 2016 een adviesproject uitgevoerd. In 2017 wordt onder de begeleiding van de externe adviseurs van AcademySuite gewerkt aan implementatie en borging op de lange termijn met als doel het gestructureerd vorm kunnen geven aan de ontwikkeling van al onze medewerkers (30). Dit project is noodzakelijk om tijdens alle veranderingen die Westeneng doormaakt zo veel mogelijk rekening te houden met de medewerkers en de verschillende stadia van hun leven en carrière. (Dutch)

Westeneng is a forward-looking accounting and consultancy firm. As an organisation, we therefore want to invest further in the sustainable employability of our employees. To achieve this, an advisory project was carried out first in 2016. In 2017, under the guidance of the external advisors of AcademySuite, work will be carried out on long-term implementation and assurance in order to be able to shape the development of all our employees in a structured way (30). Westeneng è una società di consulenza e contabilità lungimirante. In quanto organizzazione, vogliamo quindi investire ulteriormente nell'occupabilità sostenibile dei nostri dipendenti. A tal fine, nel 2016 è stato realizzato per la prima volta un progetto di consulenza. Nel 2017, sotto la guida dei consulenti esterni di AcademySuite, verranno svolti lavori di implementazione e garanzia a lungo termine per poter plasmare lo sviluppo di tutti i nostri dipendenti in modo strutturato (30). Westeneng est un cabinet de comptabilité et de conseil tourné vers l’avenir. En tant qu’organisation, nous voulons donc investir davantage dans l’employabilité durable de nos employés.
