Yacht hecht grote waarde aan het investeren in haar medewerkers. Kennis, inzicht, gedrag en vaardigheid van onze medewerkers zijn de spil van onze dienstverlening. Omdat de markt aan ons vraagt om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitscriteria 2.1 willen we niet alleen inzichtelijk maken waar we nu staan, maar willen we zo snel mogelijk onze medewerkers laten voldoen. Ook hebben wij de ambitie dat onze medewerkers in de toekomst blijven voldoen aan deze eisen. Het project Blijven(d) voldoen sluit naadloos aan bij deze behoefte. Dit project wordt ondersteund met en is mede mogelijk gemaakt door subsidie vanuit het ESF-project Duurzame Inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)

Yacht attaches great importance to investing in its employees. Knowledge, insight, behavior and skill of our employees are at the heart of our services. Because the market asks us to meet the quality criteria 2.1, we not only want to understand where we stand now, but we want our employees to meet as soon as possible. We also have the ambition that our employees will continue to meet these requirements in the future. The project Continuing (d) meets this need seamlessly. This project is supported by and has been made possible by grants from the ESF project Sustainable Employability. (English)

Yacht attribuisce grande importanza all'investimento nei suoi dipendenti. La conoscenza, l'intuizione, il comportamento e l'abilità dei nostri dipendenti sono al centro dei nostri servizi. Poiché il mercato ci chiede di soddisfare i criteri di qualità 2.1, non solo vogliamo capire dove siamo ora, ma vogliamo che i nostri dipendenti si incontrino al più presto. Abbiamo anche l'ambizione che i nostri dipendenti continuino a soddisfare queste esigenze in futuro. Il progetto Continuing (d) soddisfa questa esigenza senza soluzione di continuità. Nous avons aussi l’ambition que nos collaborateurs continuent à répondre à ces exigences à l’avenir. Le projet Continuing (d) répond parfaitement à ce besoin.
