Rhine is een hotel organisatie die zich richt op We Create Human Happiness. Voor de eigen medewerkers willen we hier handen en voeten aan geven door gericht de cultuur te veranderen zodat de eigen regie in ontwikkelen en uitdagen centraal komt te staan. De huidige cultuur is nog te veel gericht op de dagelijkse praktijk. Door samen het gesprek aan te gaan en vaardigheden aan te leren verwachten we hierin een belangrijke stap vooruit te kunenn maken op het gebied van aantrekkelijk werkgeverschap en daarmee de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Ook willen we een nieuwe leermethode ontwikkelen die hierin ondersteund zodat medewerkers vanaf de start bij Rhine hiermee aan de slag gaan. (Dutch)

Rhine es una organización hotelera que se centra en Crear Felicidad Humana. Para nuestros propios empleados, queremos dar las manos y los pies a esto cambiando la cultura de una manera específica para que la propia dirección sea desarrollada y desafiada sea central. La cultura actual sigue siendo demasiado centrada en la práctica cotidiana. Al entrar juntos en la conversación y las habilidades de aprendizaje, esperamos ser capaces de dar un importante paso adelante en el ámbito de la empleabilidad atractiva y, por tanto, de la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados. También queremos desarrollar un nuevo método de aprendizaje que lo apoye para que los empleados empiecen a trabajar en el Rin desde el principio. (Spanish)

Rhine è un'organizzazione alberghiera che si concentra su We Create Human Happiness. Per i nostri dipendenti, vogliamo dare mani e piedi a questo, cambiando la cultura in modo mirato in modo che la propria direzione sia sviluppata e sfidata è centrale. La cultura attuale è ancora troppo concentrata sulla pratica quotidiana. Entrando nella conversazione insieme e imparando le competenze, ci aspettiamo di essere in grado di fare un importante passo avanti nel campo della datori di lavoro attraente e quindi l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori. Vogliamo anche sviluppare un nuovo metodo di apprendimento che lo sostenga in modo che i dipendenti inizino a lavorare sul Reno fin dall'inizio. (Italian)

Rhine is a hotel organisation that focuses on We Create Human Happiness. For our own employees, we want to give hands and feet to this by changing the culture in a targeted way so that one’s own direction is developed and challenged is central. The current culture is still too focused on day-to-day practice. By entering into the conversation together and learning skills, we expect to be able to make an important step forward in the area of attractive employerhood and thus the sustainable employability of employees. We also want to develop a new learning method that supports it so that employees start working at Rhine from the start. (English)
