Met het project Zorgokee aan de slag met duurzame inzetbaarheid zet Zorgokee zich in om de gezondheid en vitaliteit van haar medewerkers te vergroten. Doel is meer duurzame inzetbare medewerkers die met plezier en gezond aan het werk zijn. Het project kenmerkt zich door een integrale aanpak waarbij medewerkers betrokken zijn in zowel de planvorming als uitvoering van interventies om de duurzame inzetbaarheid te vergroten. Hierbij zal het omgaan met werkstress en de werk-privebalans een aandachtspunt zijn. (Dutch)

Con el proyecto Zorgokee para trabajar con empleabilidad sostenible, Zorgokee se compromete a aumentar la salud y vitalidad de sus empleados. El objetivo es más sostenible y empleando empleados que trabajan con placer y salud. El proyecto se caracteriza por un enfoque integrado en el que participan los empleados tanto en la planificación como en la ejecución de intervenciones para aumentar la empleabilidad sostenible. Abordar el estrés laboral y el equilibrio entre el trabajo y el privado será un foco de atención. (Spanish)

Con il progetto Zorgokee per lavorare con occupabilità sostenibile, Zorgokee si impegna ad aumentare la salute e la vitalità dei suoi dipendenti. L'obiettivo è più sostenibile e impiegabile dipendenti che sono al lavoro con piacere e salute. Il progetto è caratterizzato da un approccio integrato che coinvolge i dipendenti sia nella pianificazione che nella realizzazione di interventi per aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile. With the project Zorgokee to work with sustainable employability, Zorgokee is committed to increasing the health and vitality of its employees. The goal is more sustainable and employable employees who are at work with pleasure and health.
