BiblioNu transformeert van uitleenbibliotheek naar een naar een bibliotheek als lokaal platform waarbij wordt aangesloten op de behoeften en wensen van burgers. De middelen van de bibliotheek gaan op een andere manier ingezet worden om het maatschappelijke doel te bereiken. Medewerkers worden binnen deze bibliotheek nieuwe stijl geacht persoonlijke netwerken op te bouwen en samen te werken met maatschappelijke partners. De bibliotheek gaat op een andere duurzame manier werken, binnen nieuwe rollen. Er wordt gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling, uitrol en borging van een nieuwe manier van werken binnen de bibliotheek. Medewerkers gaan in dialoogsessies oefenen met en reflecteren op hun nieuwe rollen en werkwijzen. Wat hebben zij nodig om hierin te kunnen excelleren? Hiermee wordt een bijdrage geleverd aan een hoger doel: de realisatie van een bibliotheek nieuwe stijl, met duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers die de maatschappelijke meerwaarde van de bibliotheek weer effectief weten te realiseren. BiblioNu trasforma da biblioteca di prestito a biblioteca come piattaforma locale che si connette alle esigenze e ai desideri dei cittadini. Le risorse della biblioteca saranno utilizzate in modo diverso per raggiungere l'obiettivo sociale. All'interno di questa biblioteca, i dipendenti dovrebbero costruire reti personali e collaborare con le parti sociali. La biblioteca opererà in modo sostenibile diverso, all'interno di nuovi ruoli. Sono in corso lavori per sviluppare, distribuire e garantire un nuovo modo di lavorare all'interno della biblioteca. I dipendenti esercitaranno e rifletteranno sui loro nuovi ruoli e pratiche nelle sessioni di dialogo. Di cosa hanno bisogno per eccellere in questo? Ciò contribuirà a conseguire un obiettivo più elevato: la realizzazione di una biblioteca nuovo stile, con dipendenti distribuibili in modo sostenibile che sono in grado di realizzare il valore aggiunto sociale della biblioteca in modo efficace. BiblioNu se transforma de una biblioteca de préstamos a una biblioteca como una plataforma local que conecta a las necesidades y deseos de los ciudadanos. Los recursos de la biblioteca se utilizarán de una manera diferente para alcanzar el objetivo social. Dentro de esta biblioteca, se espera que los empleados creen redes personales y colaboren con los interlocutores sociales. La biblioteca trabajará de una manera sostenible diferente, dentro de nuevos roles. Se está trabajando para desarrollar, desplegar y asegurar una nueva forma de trabajar dentro de la biblioteca. Los empleados practicarán y reflexionarán sobre sus nuevos roles y prácticas en las sesiones de diálogo. ¿Qué necesitan para sobresalir en esto? Esto contribuirá a lograr un objetivo más elevado: la realización de un nuevo estilo bibliotecario, con empleados implementables de forma sostenible que sean capaces de realizar el valor añadido social de la biblioteca de manera efectiva. BiblioNu transforms from lending library to a library as a local platform that connects to the needs and wishes of citizens. The resources of the library will be used in a different way to achieve the social goal. Within this library, employees are expected to build personal networks and collaborate with social partners. The library will work in a different sustainable way, within new roles. Work is under way to develop, deploy and secure a new way of working within the library. Employees will practice and reflect on their new roles and practices in dialogue sessions. What do they need to excel in this? This will contribute to a higher goal: the realisation of a library new style, with sustainably deployable employees who are able to realise the social added value of the library effectively.
