    Als grootste specialist in het uitzenden van horecapersoneel zorgen wij dagelijks voor de perfecte match tussen duizenden talenten en onze klanten. Wij bieden studenten de flexibele bijbaan, waarbij zij altijd werken met vrienden en hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling op de voorgrond staat. Ondanks dat we veel in onze mensen investeren, zodat zij hun duurzame inzetbaarheid kunnen ontwikkelen, zien we signalen in bepaalde onderdelen van onze organisatie waarbij die ontwikkeling achterblijft. Er zijn ook signalen van werkdruk en dat nemen we serieus. We investeren nu in een onderzoek bij de betreffende onderdelen om te achterhalen wat de oorzaken zijn dat de ontwikkeling in duurzame inzetbaarheid achterblijft. In dit onderzoek betrekken we de medewerkers. Samen met hen formuleren we oplossingsrichtingen die moeten leiden tot een bestendig beleid met waardevolle interventies. Zo vergroten we de bewustwording omtrent de noodzaak van duurzame inzetbaarheid en verhogen we de werkelijke duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. (Dutch)

    Como el mayor especialista en la difusión del personal de catering, garantizamos la combinación perfecta entre miles de talentos y nuestros clientes a diario. Ofrecemos a los estudiantes el trabajo lateral flexible, siempre trabajando con amigos y su desarrollo personal está a la vanguardia. Aunque invertimos mucho en nuestra gente para que puedan desarrollar su empleabilidad sostenible, vemos señales en ciertas partes de nuestra organización que se están quedando atrás. También hay señales de carga de trabajo y nos tomamos eso en serio. Ahora estamos invirtiendo en la investigación sobre los componentes pertinentes para averiguar las razones por las que el desarrollo se está quedando atrás en la empleabilidad sostenible. En esta investigación, involucramos a los empleados. Junto con ellos, formulamos soluciones que deberían conducir a una política coherente con intervenciones valiosas. De esta manera, aumentamos la sensibilización sobre la necesidad de una empleabilidad sostenible y aumentamos la empleabilidad real y sostenible de los empleados. (Spanish)

Anche se investiamo molto nelle nostre persone in modo che possano sviluppare la loro occupabilità sostenibile, vediamo segnali in alcune parti della nostra organizzazione che sono in ritardo. Ci sono anche segni di carico di lavoro e lo prendiamo sul serio.     As the largest specialist in the broadcasting of catering staff, we ensure the perfect match between thousands of talents and our customers on a daily basis. We offer students the flexible side job, always working with friends and their personal development is at the forefront. Although we invest a lot in our people so that they can develop their sustainable employability, we see signals in certain parts of our organisation that are lagging behind. There are also signs of workload and we take that seriously. We are now investing in research on the relevant components to find out the reasons why development is lagging behind in sustainable employability. In this research, we involve the employees. Together with them, we formulate solutions that should lead to a consistent policy with valuable interventions. In this way, we raise awareness about the need for sustainable employability and increase the real sustainable employability of employees. (English)
