    Veel medewerkers gaan er van uit dat zij hun hele leven in een bedrijf kunnen blijven werken. De moderne tijd vraagt van medewerkers een continuë ontwikkeling in het kunnen omgaan nieuwe technieken en technologiën, nieuwe werkmethoden, meer of andere registratieverplichtingen, sneller omschakelen van de ene naar de andere opdrachtgever, etc. De medewerkers van het bedrijf leren middels dit project te accepteren dat zij vaker te maken krijgen met nieuw aan te leren vaardigheden en gewijzigde werkomstandigheden, alsmede dat daaraan verplichtingen tot eigen continuë educatie gekoppeld wordt. Tevens leren zij hun eigen mogelijkheden en beperkingen te accepteren. (Dutch)

    Many employees assume that they can continue working in a company throughout their lives. Modern times require employees to continuously develop their ability to cope with new techniques and technologies, new working methods, more or other registration requirements, faster switching from one client to another, etc. The employees of the company learn to accept through this project that they are more likely to face new skills to learn and changed working conditions, as well as that obligations to self-education are linked to them. They also learn to accept their own possibilities and limitations. (English)

    Molti dipendenti ritengono di poter continuare a lavorare in un'azienda per tutta la vita. I tempi moderni richiedono ai dipendenti di sviluppare continuamente la loro capacità di far fronte a nuove tecniche e tecnologie, nuovi metodi di lavoro, più o altri requisiti di registrazione, un passaggio più rapido da un cliente all'altro, ecc. I dipendenti dell'azienda imparano ad accettare attraverso questo progetto che hanno maggiori probabilità di affrontare nuove competenze per apprendere e cambiare le condizioni di lavoro, nonché che gli obblighi di autoeducazione sono ad essi legati. Imparano anche ad accettare le proprie possibilità e limitazioni. (Italian)
