    Simple Management Technologies (SMT) wil met de uitvoering van dit project de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerker vergroten. Hiervoor heeft SMT een extern adviseur ingeschakeld. Samen met de adviseur wordt ingezet op het verbeteren van vastlegging van werkprocessen en werkafspraken en organisatiestructuur. Ook het verhogen van de betrokkenheid van de werknemers bij SMT en haar toekomst en het bevorderen van een flexibele werkcultuur wordt begeleid. Hierbij worden alle medewerkers betrokken. (Dutch)

For this purpose, SMT has engaged an external consultant. Together with the consultant, the aim is to improve the definition of work processes and working arrangements and organisational structure. Increasing employee involvement in SMT and its future and promoting a flexible working culture is also supported. All employees are involved. (English)

    Simple Management Technologies (SMT) mira ad aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile del suo dipendente con l'implementazione di questo progetto. A tal fine, la SMT ha assunto un consulente esterno. Insieme al consulente, l'obiettivo è quello di migliorare la definizione dei processi di lavoro e delle modalità di lavoro e della struttura organizzativa. Si sostiene anche l'aumento del coinvolgimento dei dipendenti nella SMT e il suo futuro e la promozione di una cultura del lavoro flessibile. Tutti i dipendenti sono coinvolti. (Italian)
