    Vanuit Verwijst Tegel BV willen we graag onze leercultuur versterken door de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers beter te begeleiden. Dat maakt onze medewerkers nog beter in zijn of haar functie en nog beter inzetbaar. Vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds krijgen wij de mogelijkheid om middels een subsidie een externe adviseur in te schakelen om ons personeelsbeleid ten aanzien van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid te verbeteren. Hieronder wordt met name verstaan het productief, gemotiveerd en gezond houden van medewerkers en om hen in staat te stellen zich tot hun pensionering te blijven ontwikkelen. Met deze hulp willen een Win-Win situatie realiseren: Als bedrijf hebben meer aandacht voor de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers en daarmee realiseren we ook betere ondersteuning en begeleiding voor de klant. This makes our employees even better in their job and even better employable. From the European Social Fund we have the opportunity to use a grant to engage an external consultant to improve our human resources policy on Sustainable Employability. In particular, this means keeping employees productive, motivated and healthy and to enable them to continue to develop until retirement. With this help a Win-Win situation wants to realise: As a company, we pay more attention to the development of our employees and therefore we also achieve better support and guidance for the customer.     Da Verwijst Tegel BV vorremmo rafforzare la nostra cultura dell'apprendimento guidando meglio lo sviluppo dei nostri dipendenti. Questo rende i nostri dipendenti ancora migliori nel loro lavoro e ancora meglio occupabili. Dal Fondo sociale europeo abbiamo l'opportunità di utilizzare una sovvenzione per coinvolgere un consulente esterno per migliorare la nostra politica in materia di risorse umane in materia di occupabilità sostenibile. In particolare, ciò significa mantenere i dipendenti produttivi, motivati e sani e consentire loro di continuare a svilupparsi fino al pensionamento. Con questo aiuto una situazione Win-Win vuole realizzare: Come azienda, prestiamo maggiore attenzione allo sviluppo dei nostri dipendenti e quindi otteniamo anche un migliore supporto e orientamento per il cliente.
