    De RenD activiteiten zijn in 2013 georganiseerd in een separate RenD afdeling. Toegespitst op het uitvoeren van deze activiteiten. In de loop der jaren is de hoeveelheid overhead werkzaamheden echter toegenomen en is er minder tijd gekomen voor het uitvoeren van RenD activiteiten waardoor er vertragingen optreden en de RenD afdeling ten onder dreigt te gaan aan haar eigen succes, werkdruk en stress. Binnen dit project wordt gekeken naar het talent van de medewerkers en wordt dit talent als uitgangspunt gebruikt om mensen te laten doen waar ze in excelleren. Dit vergt enerzijds het herinrichten van de stuctuur en anderzijds het anders/beter uitnutten van dit talent wat binnen dit project wordt opgepakt. (Dutch)

    The running activities were organised in 2013 in a separate running department. Focus on carrying out these activities. Over the years, however, the amount of overhead work has increased and there has been less time to carry out running activities, causing delays and threatening the running department to fall under its own success, workload and stress. Within this project we look at the talent of the employees and this talent is used as a starting point for people to do what they excel in. This requires, on the one hand, the reorganisation of the structure and, on the other hand, the different/better use of this talent which is taken up within this project. (English)

    Le attività in corso sono state organizzate nel 2013 in un reparto di gestione separato. Concentrarsi sullo svolgimento di queste attività. Nel corso degli anni, tuttavia, il volume delle spese generali è aumentato e c'è stato meno tempo per svolgere le attività, causando ritardi e minacciando il reparto di gestione a cadere sotto il proprio successo, carico di lavoro e stress. All'interno di questo progetto guardiamo al talento dei dipendenti e questo talento viene utilizzato come punto di partenza per le persone per fare ciò in cui eccellono. Ciò richiede, da un lato, la riorganizzazione della struttura e, dall'altro, il diverso/migliore utilizzo di questo talento che viene ripreso nell'ambito di questo progetto. (Italian)
