    De school staat voor de uitdaging om bij een afnemend leerlingaantal zich te blijven profileren. De beschreven schoolontwikkeling uit het schoolontwikkelingsplan is hier leidraad voor. Het management wil weten welke talenten van medewerkers aanwezig zijn om deze zo gericht mogelijk in te zetten bij de doelen uit de schoolontwikkeling. Daarbij wil men de talenten omzetten in rollen voor medewerkers om op deze manier voor schooljaar 2017-2018 de juiste medewerkers op de juiste plek te krijgen. OBS de LIndt gelooft hierbij dat mensen die werken vanuit hun drijfveren en talenten minder stress hebben, van grotere toegevoegde waarde kunnen zijn en zich daardoor duurzamer ontwikkelen richting de toekomst. Door het in kaart brengen van de individuele leer en ontwikkelbehoeften en deze te spiegelen aan de verschillende organisatieontwikkelingen zal het leervermogen van het individu en organisatie sneller groeien.     The school faces the challenge of continuing to profile at a declining pupil. The school development described in the school development plan is a guide for this. The management wants to know which talents of employees are present to use them as closely as possible to the goals of school development. In doing so, they want to turn the talents into roles for employees in order to get the right employees in the right place for school year 2017-2018. OBS de Lindt believes that people who work from their motives and talents have less stress, can be of greater added value and therefore develop more sustainably towards the future. By mapping the individual learning and development needs and mirroring them to the various organizational developments, the learning capacity of the individual and organisation will grow faster.     La scuola deve affrontare la sfida di continuare a profilarsi in un alunno in declino. Lo sviluppo scolastico descritto nel piano di sviluppo scolastico è una guida per questo. La direzione vuole sapere quali talenti dei dipendenti sono presenti per usarli il più vicino possibile agli obiettivi di sviluppo scolastico. In questo modo, vogliono trasformare i talenti in ruoli per i dipendenti al fine di ottenere i dipendenti giusti nel posto giusto per l'anno scolastico 2017-2018. OBS de Lindt ritiene che le persone che lavorano per motivi e talenti hanno meno stress, possono avere un maggiore valore aggiunto e quindi svilupparsi in modo più sostenibile verso il futuro. Mappando le esigenze individuali di apprendimento e di sviluppo e rispecchiandole ai vari sviluppi organizzativi, la capacità di apprendimento dell'individuo e dell'organizzazione crescerà più rapidamente.
