    In de ESF vordering wordt aandacht gevraagd voor het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid. Duurzaam inzetbaar zijn werknemers die nu en in de toekomst gezond, gemotiveerd, competent en productief aan het werk kunnen zijn. Hoe vertalen wij dit naar onze werknemers? Het Beertje is een kinderopvangorganisatie die het belangrijk vindt dat kinderen spelend leren. Wij geloven dat dit een goede basis is voor later. Als je dit als organisatie uitdraagt, is het natuurlijk ook van belang dat je zelf ook blijft leren en ontwikkelen. Hoe kunnen wij anders onze kinderen de optimale speel-leer ervaring bieden? Dankzij deze subsidie willen we kritisch laten kijken naar ons eigen leerklimaat binnen de organisatie. Een adviseur zal ons adviseren en begeleiden om samen met ons team een optimaal leerklimaat neer te zetten. Zodat wij ook optimale begeleiding aan kinderen kunnen bieden. Je bent tenslotte nooit te oud om te leren! (Dutch)

    The ESF progress draws attention to the issue of sustainable employability. Sustainably deployable are employees who can now and in the future be healthy, motivated, competent and productive at work. How do we translate this to our employees? The Beertje is a childcare organisation that considers it important that children learn playful. We believe this is a good basis for later. If you promote this as an organisation, it is of course also important that you continue to learn and develop yourself. How else can we offer our children the optimal playing-learning experience? Thanks to this grant, we want to have a critical look at our own learning environment within the organisation. An advisor will advise and guide us to create an optimal learning climate together with our team. So that we can also offer optimal guidance to children. After all, you're never too old to learn!     I progressi del FSE richiamano l'attenzione sulla questione dell'occupabilità sostenibile. Distribuibili in modo sostenibile sono dipendenti che ora e in futuro possono essere sani, motivati, competenti e produttivi sul lavoro. Come traduciamo questo ai nostri dipendenti? Il Beertje è un'organizzazione di assistenza all'infanzia che considera importante che i bambini imparino giocosi. Riteniamo che questa sia una buona base per dopo. Se si promuove questo come un'organizzazione, è naturalmente anche importante che si continua a imparare e sviluppare te stesso. In che altro modo possiamo offrire ai nostri figli un'esperienza di gioco-apprendimento ottimale? Grazie a questa sovvenzione, vogliamo avere uno sguardo critico al nostro ambiente di apprendimento all'interno dell'organizzazione. Un consulente ci consiglierà e ci guiderà per creare un clima di apprendimento ottimale insieme al nostro team. In modo che possiamo anche offrire una guida ottimale ai bambini. Dopo tutto, non sei mai troppo vecchio per imparare! (Italian)
