    De kern van het vitaliteitsprogramma is gericht op het versterken van de vitaliteit, de duurzame inzetbaarheid en het persoonlijk leiderschap van de medewerker. Onder persoonlijk leiderschap verstaan we dat de professional regie neemt over zijn: 1. vitaliteit 2. persoonlijke energiemanagement 3. verloop van zijn loopbaan 4. plezier in het werk 5. inzet van zijn talenten 6. balans werk/privé 7. effectief omgaan met werkdruk en weet wat ervoor nodig is om dit te managen. Het vitaliteitsprogramma is erop gericht om mogelijkheden aan te bieden voor de medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen in zijn vitaliteit en zijn persoonlijk leiderschap. Het vitaliteitsprogramma heeft een uitnodigend karakter. Medewerkers worden niet ‘gestuurd’ door hun leidinggevende, maar doordat de leidinggevende zelf verteld over wat het programma met hem doet, wat de intentie hiervan is worden medewerkers hiertoe uitgenodigd. Daar begint persoonlijk leiderschap mee, de medewerker neemt zelf initiatief nemen in zijn persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de leidinggevende biedt het aan. Leidinggevenden krijgen toelichtingen over de resultaten van de vitaliteitscans per groep om te reflecteren op hun leiderschap en wat nodig is om blijvend invulling te geven aan vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen hun team.     The core of the vitality programme is to strengthen the vitality, sustainable employability and personal leadership of the employee. By personal leadership we understand that the professional direction takes over his: 1. vitality 2. personal energy management 3. progress of his career 4. pleasure in work 5. Deployment of his talents 6. balance work/private 7. effectively handle workload and know what it takes to manage this. The vitality program aims to offer opportunities for employees to develop further in their vitality and personal leadership. The vitality program has an inviting character. Employees are not ‘directed’ by their supervisor, but because the manager himself tells about what the program does to him, what the intention is to do with this, employees are invited to do so. Personal leadership starts with that, the employee takes the initiative in his personal development and the manager offers it. Managers are provided with explanations about the results of the vitality scans per group to reflect on their leadership and what is needed to give lasting expression to vitality and sustainable employability within their team.     Il nucleo del programma di vitalità è quello di rafforzare la vitalità, l'occupabilità sostenibile e la leadership personale del dipendente. Per leadership personale comprendiamo che la direzione professionale prende il sopravvento sulla sua: 1. vitalità 2. gestione personale dell'energia 3. progresso della sua carriera 4. piacere nel lavoro 5. Distribuzione dei suoi talenti 6. equilibrio lavoro/privato 7. gestire efficacemente il carico di lavoro e sapere cosa serve per gestire questo. Il programma di vitalità mira ad offrire opportunità ai dipendenti di svilupparsi ulteriormente nella loro vitalità e leadership personale. Il programma di vitalità ha un carattere invitante. I dipendenti non sono ‘diretto' dal loro supervisore, ma perché il manager stesso racconta di ciò che il programma fa a lui, che cosa l'intenzione è di fare con questo, i dipendenti sono invitati a farlo. La leadership personale inizia con questo, il dipendente prende l'iniziativa nel suo sviluppo personale e il manager la offre. Ai manager vengono fornite spiegazioni sui risultati delle scansioni di vitalità per gruppo per riflettere sulla loro leadership e su ciò che è necessario per dare espressione duratura alla vitalità e all'occupabilità sostenibile all'interno del loro team.
