CareConnections is een jonge onderneming, welke een snelle groei doormaakt. Door deze snelle groei dienen de processen goed ingericht te worden, zodat wanneer CareConnections is uitgegroeid tot een grotere onderneming, deze op een juiste wijze zijn vastgelegd. Deze dienen ook ondersteund te worden door bedrijfssoftware, die er voor zorgen dat processen optimaal gedigitaliseerd kunnen verlopen. Om de bedrijfssoftware goed in te kunnen richten willen wij graag gebruik maken van onze externe adviseur en applicatiebeheerder. Deze adviseur helpt ons bij het (digitaal) inrichten van de processen. Wij geloven er in dat wij op deze wijze een succesvolle, stabiele en efficiente organisatie neer kunnen zetten, waarin onze operationele processen ondersteunend zijn en wij ons focussen op onze corebusiness (zorg ontzorgen). CareConnections is a young company that is experiencing rapid growth. Due to this rapid growth, the processes need to be properly organised, so that when CareConnections has grown into a larger company, they are properly recorded. These should also be supported by business software, which ensure that processes can be optimally digitised. In order to be able to properly organise the business software, we would like to use our external advisor and application manager. This advisor helps us in the (digital) organisation of the processes. We believe that in this way we can create a successful, stable and efficient organisation, in which our operational processes are supportive and we focus on our core business (care). (English)

CareConnections es una empresa joven que está experimentando un rápido crecimiento. Debido a este rápido crecimiento, los procesos necesitan estar debidamente organizados, de modo que cuando CareConnections se ha convertido en una empresa más grande, se registran adecuadamente. Estos también deben estar respaldados por software empresarial, que garanticen que los procesos puedan digitalizarse de forma óptima. Con el fin de poder organizar adecuadamente el software de negocios, nos gustaría utilizar nuestro asesor externo y gestor de aplicaciones. Este asesor nos ayuda en la organización (digital) de los procesos. CareConnections è una giovane azienda che sta vivendo una rapida crescita. A causa di questa rapida crescita, i processi devono essere organizzati correttamente, in modo che quando CareConnections è diventato un'azienda più grande, essi vengono correttamente registrati. Questi dovrebbero essere supportati anche da software aziendali, che garantiscono che i processi possano essere digitalizzati in modo ottimale. Per poter organizzare correttamente il software aziendale, vorremmo utilizzare il nostro consulente esterno e responsabile applicazioni. Questo consulente ci aiuta nell'organizzazione (digitale) dei processi.
