VDH vindt het belangrijk dat naast productontwikkeling de medewerkers ook mee ontwikkelen om zo aansluiting te houden met de markt. Zij wil meer focus op de ontwikkeling van en door medewerkers derhalve wil zij een leercultuur creeeren waarin de ontwikkeling mogelijk is en gestimuleerd word. Daarnaast wil zij actiever werken met een vitaliteitsbeleid om een geozndere en veilige werkomgeving te ontwikkelen. Hiertoe heeft VDH RBO ingeschakeld om haar in dit proces te adviseren en te ondersteunen. (Dutch)

VDH ritiene importante che, oltre allo sviluppo del prodotto, i dipendenti sviluppino anche per rimanere in contatto con il mercato. Vuole concentrarsi maggiormente sullo sviluppo di e da parte dei dipendenti, quindi vuole creare una cultura dell'apprendimento in cui lo sviluppo è possibile e stimolato. Desidera inoltre lavorare più attivamente con una politica di vitalità per sviluppare un ambiente di lavoro più confortevole e sicuro. A tal fine, VDH ha impegnato RBO per consigliarla e sostenerla in questo processo. (Italian)
