De medewerker krijgt te maken met de eerste grenzen en heeft de keus te aanvaarden, te ondergaan of te ontwijken. Na de interventies begrijpen medewerkers meer van het gedrag van mensen en doorzien organisatie- processen. Er is behoefte aan werk waarbij de inzet van kennis en ervaring, organisatie- en mensenkennis en het verwoorden van de eigen visie onderdeel uitmaken van het takenpakket. Dit zal leiden tot het bewust omgaan met arbeidsrisico`s en het herkennen vande benodigde vaardigheden om ook andere taken uit te voeren (Dutch)

    For many employees, the horizon is in sight. Time is going to run faster and faster than a past that is getting longer and longer. The employee has to deal with the first limits and has the choice to accept, undergo or avoid. After the interventions, employees understand more about people’s behavior and see through organizational processes. There is a need for work in which the use of knowledge and experience, organisational and human knowledge and the expression of one’s own vision are part of the tasks. This will lead to the conscious management of occupational risks and the recognition of the skills needed to carry out other tasks as well (English)

    Per molti dipendenti, l'orizzonte è in vista. Il tempo sta per correre più veloce e più veloce di un passato che sta diventando sempre più lungo. Il dipendente deve affrontare i primi limiti e ha la scelta di accettare, sottoporsi o evitare. Dopo gli interventi, i dipendenti capiscono di più sul comportamento delle persone e vedono attraverso i processi organizzativi. È necessario lavorare in cui l'uso della conoscenza e dell'esperienza, la conoscenza organizzativa e umana e l'espressione della propria visione fanno parte dei compiti. Ciò porterà ad una gestione consapevole dei rischi professionali e al riconoscimento delle competenze necessarie per svolgere anche altri compiti. (Italian)
