De intrinsieke motivatie voor het werken in een omgeving waarin zorg voor medemensen met een beperking centraal staat, is op zichzelf onvoldoende om werkdruk die in belangrijke mate van buiten komt te compenseren. Met dit project wil Saltho Onderwijs zoeken naar diverse mogelijkheden om met name op een preventieve manier aan stress factoren te werken. Daarbij is de gedachte dat in de bewustwording al een belangrijke start van de oplossing schuilt. In een participerend veldonderzoek worden knelpunten opgespoord en oplossingsrichtingen verkend. Die oplossingsrichtingen zet Saltho Onderwijs ondersteund door Coverz om in concrete maatregelen waarvoor een implementatieplan wordt opgesteld. (Dutch)

The intrinsic motivation for working in an environment in which care for fellow people with disabilities is central is in itself insufficient to compensate for workload that comes from outside to a large extent. With this project, Saltho Education aims to explore various possibilities to work on stress factors in a preventive way in particular. The idea is that awareness is already an important start to the solution. Participatory field research identifies bottlenecks and explores solutions. Saltho Education, supported by Coverz, translates these solutions into concrete measures for which an implementation plan is being drawn up. (English)

La motivazione intrinseca a lavorare in un ambiente in cui l'assistenza alle persone con disabilità è fondamentale è di per sé insufficiente a compensare il carico di lavoro che proviene in larga misura dall'esterno. Con questo progetto, saltho Education mira a esplorare varie possibilità di lavorare sui fattori di stress in modo preventivo in particolare. L'idea è che la consapevolezza sia già un importante inizio alla soluzione. La ricerca partecipativa sul campo individua strozzature ed esplora soluzioni. Salto Education, sostenuta da Coverz, traduce queste soluzioni in misure concrete per le quali è in corso di elaborazione un piano di attuazione. (Italian)
