DVN wil een beleid voeren waarin cultuur, gezondheid en arbeidsmarktfitheid ondersteunend zijn aan de medewerkers en DVN. De cultuur die we willen bereiken is er één waarbinnen medewerkers maximaal worden uitgenodigd mee te doen en inbreng te hebben in het bedrijf,. Verder wil DVN medewerkers laten voelen dat zij er toe doen en DVN wil bereiken dat medewerkers gezond de eindstreep kunnen halen. Tenslotte wil DVN ook bereiken dat medewerkers als zij vertrekken qua skills niet alleen aantrekkelijk waren voor DVN maar ook aantrekkelijk zijn voor de arbeidsmarkt. (Dutch)

DVN quiere aplicar una política en la que la cultura, la salud y la aptitud para el mercado laboral apoyen a los empleados y DVN. La cultura que queremos lograr es una cultura en la que se invita a los empleados a participar y a participar en la empresa. Además, DVN quiere que los empleados sientan que importan y DVN quiere lograr que los empleados puedan llegar a la meta de una manera saludable. DVN wants to implement a policy in which culture, health and labour market fitness are supportive to the employees and DVN. The culture we want to achieve is one in which employees are invited to participate and have input into the company. Furthermore, DVN wants employees to feel that they matter and DVN wants to achieve that employees can reach the finish line in a healthy way. Finally, DVN also wants to ensure that employees, when leaving, were not only attractive to DVN but also attractive to the labour market. (English)

DVN intende attuare una politica in cui la cultura, la salute e l'idoneità al mercato del lavoro sostengano i dipendenti e la DVN. La cultura che vogliamo realizzare è quella in cui i dipendenti sono invitati a partecipare e hanno un contributo in azienda. Inoltre, DVN vuole che i dipendenti si sentano importanti e DVN vuole ottenere che i dipendenti possano raggiungere il traguardo in modo sano. Infine, DVN vuole anche garantire che i dipendenti, al momento della partenza, fossero non solo attraenti per la DVN, ma anche attraenti per il mercato del lavoro. (Italian)
