    Vitaal en gezond werken vinden wij belangrijk bij Photonis. Daartoe is besloten om een vitaliteitsbeleid in te voeren dat gericht is op alle medewerkers in de organisatie en waarbij jaarlijks wordt bekeken welke interventies nodig zijn in de organisatie om medewerkers proactief met dit thema bezig te laten zijn. Doel van het traject is het vergroten van het bewustzijn op het gebied van verschillende thema’s rondom gezondheid en vitaliteit bij de werknemers van Photonis, zodat hier actief een beleid op ingezet kan worden om de gezondheid en vitaliteit op lange termijn te vergroten. Om te komen tot een goed beleid is besloten om samen te werken met Fitter Nederland die enerzijds op basis van een 12-weeksprogramma het bewustzijn bij medewerkers op dit gebied vergroten en anderzijds te komen met een concreet advies dat gebruikt wordt voor het vormgeven van het vitaliteitsbeleid. Gedurende de 12 weken kunnen medewerkers workshops volgen over diverse thema’s, vanuit waar zij hun persoonlijke doelstellingen concreet kunnen maken. Tevens kunnen ze deelnemen aan diverse (sport)activiteiten, waarbij gewerkt wordt vanuit een persoonlijk doel. Het 12-weeks programma maakt inzichtelijk wat de fysieke en mentale gesteldheid van Photonis is en op welke thema’s begeleiding gewenst is. Hier volgt vervolgens een advies op maat uit op basis waarvan Photonis vervolgens het vitaliteitsbeleid kan vormgeven. (Dutch)

    Vital and healthy working is important to us at Photonis. To this end, it has been decided to introduce a vitality policy aimed at all employees in the organisation and examining annually what interventions are needed in the organisation to allow employees to proactively engage in this topic. The aim of the trajectory is to raise awareness of various themes related to health and vitality among the Photonis employees, so that a policy can be actively used to increase health and vitality in the long term. In order to achieve a good policy, it has been decided to work with Fitter Nederland who, on the one hand, raise awareness among employees in this field on the basis of a 12-week programme and, on the other hand, to come up with a concrete advice that is used to shape vitality policy. During the 12 weeks, employees can follow workshops on various themes, from where they can make their personal objectives concrete. They can also participate in various (sports) activities, working for a personal purpose. The 12-week program makes it clear what the physical and mental condition of Photonis is and on which themes guidance is desired.     Un lavoro vitale e sano è importante per noi di Photonis. A tal fine, si è deciso di introdurre una politica di vitalità rivolta a tutti i dipendenti dell'organizzazione e di esaminare annualmente quali interventi sono necessari all'interno dell'organizzazione per consentire ai dipendenti di impegnarsi in modo proattivo su questo tema. L'obiettivo della traiettoria è quello di sensibilizzare i dipendenti Photonis su vari temi legati alla salute e alla vitalità, in modo che una politica possa essere utilizzata attivamente per aumentare la salute e la vitalità a lungo termine. Al fine di ottenere una buona politica, si è deciso di lavorare con Fitter Nederland che, da un lato, sensibilizza i dipendenti in questo settore sulla base di un programma di 12 settimane e, dall'altro, di elaborare un consiglio concreto che viene utilizzato per plasmare la politica di vitalità. Durante le 12 settimane, i dipendenti possono seguire workshop su vari temi, da dove possono concretizzare i propri obiettivi personali. Possono anche partecipare a varie attività (sportive), lavorando per uno scopo personale. Il programma di 12 settimane rende chiaro quale sia la condizione fisica e mentale di Photonis e su quali temi si desidera la guida. A questo segue una consulenza su misura sulla base della quale Photonis può quindi plasmare la politica di vitalità. (Italian)
