Firma AIR-CONCEPT Sp. z o.o. (spin-out) aplikuje o wsparcie na projekt pt. ,,Przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych nad stworzeniem, innowacyjnego w skali światowej, bezzałogowego statku powietrznego, z zestawem kamer hiperspektralnych, wspierającym wielopłaszczyznowe działania w rolnictwie oraz pośrednio w innych gałęziach szeroko rozumianej geotechniki”. Jest to inwestycja o wysokim potencjale innowacyjności zgodna z definicjami innowacji zawartymi w podręczniku OSLO MANUAL oraz krajowymi i regionalnymi inteligentnymi specjalizacjami. Jak sam tytuł wskazuje cały projekt opierać się będzie o przeprowadzenie prac B+R, bez zakupu sprzętu, nad innowacją produktową (międzynarodową) zgodnie z poziomami gotowości technologicznej TRL - poziomy III do IX, a więc projekt obejmie zarówno badania przemysłowe, jak i eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe. Docelowo oczekuje się osiągnięcia IX TRL poprzez sprawdzenie technologii w warunkach rzeczywistych i osiągnięcie wyników pozytywnych, które umożliwią następnie przystąpienie do procedury ochrony prawnej otrzymanych wyników, a następnie ich komercjalizacji poprzez wprowadzenie produktu na rynek krajowy i światowy. Efektem projektu w przyszłości ma być wprowadzenie na rynek krajowy i międzynarodowy wysoce innowacyjnego produktu, dla kilku niezależnych od siebie grup docelowych, które potrzebują narzędzi do analizy struktury gleby w obszarze wielkopowierzchniowym, wraz z analizą wyników. The company AIR-CONCEPT Sp. z o.o. (spin-out) applies for support for the project titled. To carry out research and development work on the creation of a globally innovative, unmanned aircraft, with a set of hyperspectral cameras, supporting multi-faceted activities in agriculture and indirectly in other branches of widely understood geotechnology. It is an investment with high innovation potential in line with the definitions of innovation contained in the OSLO MANUAL manual and national and regional smart specialisations. As the title indicates, the whole project will be based on carrying out R & D work, without purchasing equipment, on product innovation (international) according to TRL level III to IX levels of technological readiness, i.e. the project will cover both industrial research and experimental development. Ultimately, the IX TRL is expected to be achieved by verifying the technologies under real conditions and achieving positive results, which will then allow for the legal protection of the results obtained and subsequently commercialised by placing the product on the domestic and global markets. The project will in future bring a highly innovative product to the domestic and international market, for several independent target groups that need tools to analyse soil structure in the large area, together with analysis of results. Mener des travaux de recherche et de développement sur la création d’un avion sans équipage et innovant à l’échelle mondiale, avec un ensemble de caméras hyperspectrales, soutenant des activités multidimensionnelles dans l’agriculture et indirectement dans d’autres branches de géotechniques largement comprises». Il s’agit d’un investissement doté d’un potentiel d’innovation élevé, conformément aux définitions de l’innovation figurant dans le manuel OSLO MANUAL et aux spécialisations intelligentes nationales et régionales. Comme l’indique le titre lui-même, l’ensemble du projet sera basé sur des travaux de R & D, sans achat d’équipements, sur l’innovation (internationale) de produits conformément aux niveaux de TRL III à IX, c’est-à-dire que le projet couvrira à la fois la recherche industrielle et le développement expérimental. En fin de compte, le 9e LRT devrait être atteint en testant la technologie dans des conditions réelles et en obtenant des résultats positifs, ce qui permettra ensuite le processus de protection juridique des résultats obtenus et leur commercialisation ultérieure en plaçant le produit sur le marché intérieur et mondial. Le futur projet conduira à l’introduction d’un produit hautement innovant sur le marché intérieur et international, pour plusieurs groupes cibles indépendants qui ont besoin d’outils pour analyser la structure du sol dans la grande zone, ainsi qu’une analyse des résultats. Durchführung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten an der Schaffung eines weltweit innovativen, unbemannten Flugzeugs, mit einer Reihe von hyperspektralen Kameras, die vielfältige Aktivitäten in der Landwirtschaft und indirekt in anderen Zweigen weithin verstandener Geotechniken unterstützen“. Es handelt sich um eine Investition mit hohem Innovationspotenzial im Einklang mit den Definitionen der Innovation im OSLO MANUAL Handbuch und nationalen und regionalen intelligenten Spezialisierungen. Wie der Titel selbst anzeigt, wird das gesamte Projekt auf FuE-Arbeiten beruhen, ohne Ausrüstung zu kaufen, auf Produkt (internationale) Innovation gemäß den TRL-Ebenen III bis IX, d. h. das Projekt wird sowohl die industrielle Forschung als auch die experimentelle Entwicklung abdecken. Schließlich wird erwartet, dass die 9. TRL erreicht wird, indem die Technologie unter realen Bedingungen getestet und positive Ergebnisse erzielt werden, was dann den rechtlichen Schutz der erzielten Ergebnisse und ihre anschließende Vermarktung durch das Inverkehrbringen des Produkts auf dem heimischen und globalen Markt ermöglichen wird. Das künftige Projekt wird zur Einführung eines hochinnovativen Produkts auf dem heimischen und internationalen Markt führen, für mehrere unabhängige Zielgruppen, die Instrumente zur Analyse der Bodenstruktur im Großraum sowie eine Analyse der Ergebnisse benötigen. Het uitvoeren van onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingswerkzaamheden met betrekking tot de totstandbrenging van een wereldwijd innovatieve, onbemande vliegtuigen, met een reeks hyperspectrale camera’s, ter ondersteuning van veelzijdige activiteiten in de landbouw en indirect in andere takken van algemeen begrepen geotechniek”. Het is een investering met een hoog innovatiepotentieel in overeenstemming met de definities van innovatie in het handboek OSLO MANUAL en nationale en regionale slimme specialisaties. Zoals de titel zelf aangeeft, zal het gehele project gebaseerd zijn op O & O-werkzaamheden, zonder apparatuur aan te schaffen, op product (internationale) innovatie in overeenstemming met de TRL-niveaus III tot en met IX, d.w.z. het project zal zowel betrekking hebben op industrieel onderzoek als op experimentele ontwikkeling. Uiteindelijk zal het 9e TRL naar verwachting worden bereikt door de technologie in reële omstandigheden te testen en positieve resultaten te behalen, waardoor het proces van rechtsbescherming van de verkregen resultaten en de daaropvolgende commercialisering ervan mogelijk wordt door het product op de binnenlandse en wereldmarkt te brengen. Het toekomstige project zal leiden tot de introductie van een zeer innovatief product op de binnenlandse en internationale markt, voor verschillende onafhankelijke doelgroepen die instrumenten nodig hebben om de bodemstructuur in het grote gebied te analyseren, samen met een analyse van de resultaten. La società AIR-CONCEPT Sp. z o.o. (spin-out) presenta domanda di sostegno per il progetto intitolato. Svolgendo attività di ricerca e sviluppo per la creazione di un velivolo globale innovativo e senza equipaggio, con una serie di telecamere iperspectrali, sostenendo attività poliedriche in agricoltura e indirettamente in altri rami di geotecnica ampiamente compresa". Si tratta di un investimento con un elevato potenziale di innovazione in linea con le definizioni di innovazione nel manuale OSLO MANUAL e nelle specializzazioni intelligenti nazionali e regionali. Come indica il titolo stesso, l'intero progetto si baserà su lavori di R & S, senza l'acquisto di attrezzature, sull'innovazione di prodotto (internazionale) in linea con i livelli TRL da III a IX, ossia il progetto riguarderà sia la ricerca industriale che lo sviluppo sperimentale. In definitiva, il 9º TRL dovrebbe essere raggiunto testando la tecnologia in condizioni reali e ottenendo risultati positivi, che consentiranno quindi il processo di tutela giuridica dei risultati ottenuti e la loro successiva commercializzazione immettendo il prodotto sul mercato nazionale e mondiale. Il futuro progetto porterà all'introduzione di un prodotto altamente innovativo sul mercato nazionale ed internazionale, per diversi gruppi target indipendenti che necessitano di strumenti per analizzare la struttura del suolo nella vasta area, unitamente ad un'analisi dei risultati.
