Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dla firmy "Technology for Mobile", polegającego na weryfikacji założeń koncepcji OTWARTEJ PLATFORMY USŁUG METROPOLITARNYCH (OPUM), na pobudzaniu procesu transferu technologii, budowaniu sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R. ------- Stworzona przez firmę „Technology for Mobile” koncepcja OPUM polega na budowie platformy dla usług metropolitarnych dostępnych na urządzeniach mobilnych mieszkańców, która będzie realizowała następujące założenia: [1] Działanie w otwartym i bezpiecznym standardzie komunikacyjnym; [2] Zapewnienie weryfikacji tożsamości posiadacza, zarówno w trybie online i offline; [3] Inter-metropolitalność i interoperacyjność geograficzna; [4] Integracja z systemem bankowym i instrumentami płatniczymi; [5] Automatyczna obsługa opłat w transporcie publicznym. ------- Realizowane będą usługi doradcze dotyczące badań otoczenia rynkowego i aspektów prawnych, związanych z strategią biznesową dla OPUM.Usługi doradcze mogą także przyjąć formę wsparcia przy zawieraniu umów kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych. Wzmocni to bezpieczeństwo własnoś ci intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. ------- Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym umożliwi wzrost rozpoznawalności i zwiększenie zainteresowania projektami B+R oraz nawiązanie współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi, partnerami technologicznymi, potencjalnymi dystrybutorami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedst awicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support for the company “Technology for Mobile”, which consists of verifying the assumptions of the concept of the OTW PLATFORMA metropolitan services (opum), stimulating the process of technology transfer, building networks of economic and scientific contacts and commercialising the results of R & D works. – The concept of “Technology for Mobile” created by the company “Technology for Mobile” consists of the construction of a platform for metropolitan services available on mobile devices of residents: [1] Action in an open and secure communication standard; [2] Ensure verification of the identity of the holder, both online and offline; [3] Inter-metropoly and geographical interoperability; [4] Integration with the banking system and payment instruments; [5] Automatic handling of tolls in public transport. — Advising services will be provided in the field of market environment research and legal aspects related to the business strategy for OPUM.Advisory services may also take the form of support in concluding cooperation agreements, R & D cooperation, licenses and transfer of copyrights. This will strengthen the security of your intellectual property in your company and reduce the risk of irrecoverable receivables. — Advising on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the economic environment will enable increased recognition and interest in R & D projects and establish cooperation with scientific entities, technological partners, potential distributors and investors. Thanks to the broadening of the network through meetings with technological partners, representatives of the scientific and economic environment, the process of transfer and commercialisation of the Applicant’s R & D results will be streamlined and professionalised. L’objet du projet est la mise en œuvre d’un support de conseil pour l’entreprise «Technology for Mobile», consistant à vérifier les hypothèses du concept d’OPEN PLATFORM Metropolitan Services (opum), stimuler le processus de transfert de technologie, construire un réseau de contacts économiques et scientifiques et commercialiser les résultats des travaux de R & D en cours. — Le concept d’opum créé par la société «Technology for Mobile» consiste à construire une plate-forme pour les services métropolitains disponibles sur les appareils mobiles des résidents, qui mettra en œuvre les hypothèses suivantes: [1] Fonctionnement dans une norme de communication ouverte et sécurisée; [2] Assurer la vérification de l’identité du titulaire, en ligne et hors ligne; [3] Intermétropolitique et interopérabilité géographique; [4] Intégration au système bancaire et aux instruments de paiement; [5] Traitement automatique des redevances de transport en commun. — Des services consultatifs seront fournis sur la recherche sur l’environnement du marché et les aspects juridiques liés à la stratégie commerciale d’OPUM.Les services consultatifs peuvent également prendre la forme d’un soutien à la conclusion d’accords de coopération, à la coopération en matière de recherche et de développement, aux licences et au transfert de droits d’auteur. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umsetzung von Beratungsunterstützung für das Unternehmen „Technology for Mobile“, das darin besteht, die Annahmen des Konzepts von OPEN PLATFORM Metropolitan Services (opum) zu überprüfen, den Prozess des Technologietransfers zu fördern, ein Netz wirtschaftlicher und wissenschaftlicher Kontakte aufzubauen und die Ergebnisse laufender F & E-Arbeiten zu vermarkten. – Das von der Firma „Technology for Mobile“ geschaffene Konzept besteht darin, eine Plattform für Metropoldienstleistungen aufzubauen, die auf mobilen Geräten von Bewohnern verfügbar ist und die folgenden Annahmen umsetzen wird: [1] Betrieb in einem offenen und sicheren Kommunikationsstandard; [2] Gewährleistung der Überprüfung der Identität des Inhabers sowohl online als auch offline; [3] Inter-metropolitik und geografische Interoperabilität; [4] Integration in das Bankensystem und die Zahlungsinstrumente; [5] Automatische Abwicklung von Gebühren für den öffentlichen Verkehr. — Beratungsleistungen werden in Bezug auf Marktumweltforschung und rechtliche Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit der Geschäftsstrategie der OPUM angeboten.Beratungsdienste können auch in Form von Unterstützung beim Abschluss von Kooperationsvereinbarungen, bei der Forschung und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, bei der Lizenzierung und beim Transfer von Urheberrechten erfolgen. Dies wird die Sicherheit des geistigen Eigentums im Unternehmen stärken und das Risiko uneinbringlicher Forderungen verringern. — Die Beratung im Bereich des Aufbaus und der Pflege eines Netzwerks von Verbindungen zwischen der Wissenschaft und dem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld wird ein größeres Anerkennungs- und Interesse an FuE-Projekten ermöglichen und die Zusammenarbeit mit wissenschaftlichen Einheiten, technologischen Partnern, potenziellen Vertriebspartnern und Investoren aufbauen. Dank des Ausbaus des Netzwerks von Kontakten durch Treffen mit den technologischen Partnern, Vorakademien und Unternehmern wird der Prozess des Transfers und der Kommerzialisierung der Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeit des Antragstellers gestrafft und professionalisiert. Het onderwerp van het project is de implementatie van adviesondersteuning voor het bedrijf „Technology for Mobile”, bestaande uit het verifiëren van de aannames van het concept van OPEN PLATFORM Metropolitan Services (opum), het stimuleren van het proces van technologieoverdracht, het opbouwen van een netwerk van economische en wetenschappelijke contacten en het op de markt brengen van de resultaten van lopende O & O-werkzaamheden. — Het concept van opum gecreëerd door het bedrijf „Technology for Mobile” bestaat uit het bouwen van een platform voor metropolitane diensten beschikbaar op mobiele apparaten van bewoners, dat de volgende aannames zal implementeren: [1] Werking volgens een open en veilige communicatienorm; [2] Het waarborgen van de verificatie van de identiteit van de houder, zowel online als offline; [3] Inter-metrobeleid en geografische interoperabiliteit; [4] Integratie met het banksysteem en betaalinstrumenten; [5] Automatische afhandeling van heffingen voor het openbaar vervoer. Adviesdiensten worden verleend op het gebied van marktmilieuonderzoek en juridische aspecten in verband met de bedrijfsstrategie voor OPUM.Adviserende diensten kunnen ook de vorm aannemen van steun bij het sluiten van samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, samenwerking op het gebied van onderzoek en ontwikkeling, licenties en overdracht van auteursrechten. Dit zal de veiligheid van intellectuele eigendom in de onderneming versterken en het risico op oninbare vorderingen verminderen. Raadpleging op het gebied van het opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van banden tussen de wetenschappelijke gemeenschap en de economische omgeving zal een grotere erkenning en belangstelling voor O & O-projecten mogelijk maken en samenwerking tot stand brengen met wetenschappelijke eenheden, technologische partners, potentiële distributeurs en investeerders. Dankzij de uitbreiding van het netwerk van contacten door middel van bijeenkomsten met de technologische partners, pre-academia en ondernemers, zal het proces van overdracht en commercialisering van de resultaten van het O & O-werk van de aanvrager worden gestroomlijnd en geprofessionaliseerd. Oggetto del progetto è l'implementazione di consulenza per la società "Technology for Mobile", consistente nel verificare le ipotesi del concetto di OPEN PLATFORM Metropolitan Services (opum), stimolare il processo di trasferimento tecnologico, costruire una rete di contatti economici e scientifici e commercializzazione dei risultati dei lavori di R & S in corso. — Il concetto di opum creato dalla società "Technology for Mobile" consiste nella costruzione di una piattaforma per i servizi metropolitani disponibili sui dispositivi mobili dei residenti, che realizzerà le seguenti ipotesi: [1] Operazione in uno standard di comunicazione aperto e sicuro; [2] Garantire la verifica dell'identità del titolare, sia online che offline; [3] Intermetropolitiche e interoperabilità geografica; [4] Integrazione con il sistema bancario e gli strumenti di pagamento; [5] Trattamento automatico delle spese di trasporto pubblico. — I servizi di consulenza saranno forniti sulla ricerca ambientale di mercato e sugli aspetti giuridici relativi alla strategia aziendale per l'OPUM.
