Projekt dot. wdrożenia wyników samodzielnie przeprowadz. w I kw.2016r. prac bad.-rozw. przez pracownikówZW CHEKO Sp.z o.o. polegających na przebadaniu możliwości zastosowania dostępnej na rynku technologii wtrysku tworzywa gazem (MuCell) do branży produkcji opakowań cienkościennych z tworzyw sztucznych,której przedstawicielem jest Wnioskodawca. Przeprowadzone prace badawcze (badania mechaniczne w postaci badań wytrzymałościowych,badań w zakresie rozciągania,badania struktury) potwierdziły możliwość wykorzyst. technologii MuCell i jej zastosowania do produkcji wyrobów cienkościennych (opakowań) z tworzyw sztucznych (polipropylenu-PP) w ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. Wobec powyższego poprzez realizację niniejsz. projektu Wnioskod. wdroży wyniki przeprowadz. prac B+R,a tym samym technologię MuCell (polegającą na wtrysku tworzywa w postaci polipropylenu-PP z wykorzystaniem gazu) do swojej produkcji,przez co uzyska efekt zasadn. zmiany procesu produkcji (polegający na zmianie wszystkich parametrów produkcji) oraz dywersyfikacji działalności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty znacząco ulepszonych produktów końcowych w postaci opakowań z PP.Wyniki ww.badań,które zawarto w Raporcie z dn.27.03.2016r. (Zał.nr 14.2 do Wn. o dof.) potwierdziły zasadność i użyteczność przyjętej przez Wnioskodawcę koncepcji technolog. polegającej na zastosow. ww. technologii (MuCell) w produkcji opakowań cienkościennych (pojemników o pojemn. 1,3,10 i 20l.) . Powyższe działanie znalazło efekt poprzez złożony przez Wnioskodawcę w dn.12.10.2016r. do Urz.Patent. RP Wniosek o udziel. patentu na wynalazek w postaci pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (przeznaczonego do pakowania artykułów spożywcz., chemicz. i budowl.) i sposobu wytwarzania pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (Zgłosz. patent. w Zał.nr14.4 do Wn.odof.). W celu realizacji nin. zamierzenia ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. dokona zakupu nowoczes. urządzeń (określ.w Zał. nr5 do Wn.odof./w sekcji H Wn.odof.),co pozwoli wdrożyć ww. innowację procesową i produktową. Le projet concernant la mise en œuvre des résultats sera réalisé par les employés de ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. au cours du premier trimestre de 2016 par des employés de ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., qui consiste à examiner la possibilité d’appliquer la technologie disponible sur le marché de la technologie d’injection de gaz (MuCell) à la fabrication d’emballages en plastique à paroi mince, dont le représentant est la requérante. Les travaux de recherche réalisés (essais mécaniques sous forme d’essais de résistance, essais de traction, essais de structure) ont confirmé la possibilité d’utiliser la technologie MuCell et son application à la production de produits à paroi mince (emballage) de matières plastiques (polypropylène-PP) dans ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. Par conséquent, grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce projet, l’application mettra en œuvre les résultats des travaux de R & D, et donc la technologie MuCell (qui consiste en l’injection de plastiques sous forme de polypropylène-PP avec l’utilisation de gaz) à sa production, ce qui obtiendra l’effet d’une modification du processus de production (consistent au processus de production). Das Projekt zur Umsetzung der Ergebnisse wird von den Mitarbeitern der ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. im ersten Quartal 2016 von Mitarbeitern der ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. durchgeführt, die in der Prüfung der Möglichkeit besteht, auf dem Markt der Gaseinspritztechnologie (MuCell) auf die Herstellung von dünnwandigen Kunststoffverpackungen, deren Vertreter der Antragsteller ist, anzuwenden. Die durchgeführten Forschungsarbeiten (mechanische Tests in Form von Festigkeitstests, Zugversuchen, Strukturtests) bestätigten die Möglichkeit der Verwendung der MuCell-Technologie und deren Anwendung auf die Herstellung von Dünnwandprodukten (Verpackung) von Kunststoffen (Polypropylen-PP) in ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o.. Daher wird die Anwendung durch die Umsetzung dieses Projekts die Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeiten und damit die MuCell-Technologie (die aus der Injektion von Kunststoffen in Form von Polypropylen-PP mit dem Einsatz von Gas besteht) auf seine Produktion umsetzen, die die Auswirkungen einer Änderung des Produktionsprozesses (konsistente Produktion) erzielen wird. (Anlage Nr. 14.2 bis Wn. on dof.) bestätigte die Gültigkeit und Nützlichkeit des von der Klägerin angenommenen Technologiekonzepts, das in der Verwendung der oben genannten Technologie (MuCell) bei der Herstellung von dünnwandigen Verpackungen (Container of Capacity) besteht. 1,3,10 und 20 Jahre). Die oben genannte Klage hat durch das Vorbringen der Klägerin beim Patentamt am 10. Dezember 2016 eine Wirkung gezeigt. Het project betreffende de uitvoering van de resultaten zal worden uitgevoerd door de werknemers van ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. in het eerste kwartaal van 2016 door werknemers van ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., dat bestaat uit het onderzoeken van de mogelijkheid om de op de markt van gasinjectietechnologie (MuCell) beschikbare toepassing op de productie van dunnewandige kunststofverpakkingen, waarvan de vertegenwoordiger de aanvrager is. De uitgevoerde onderzoekswerkzaamheden (mechanische tests in de vorm van sterktetests, trekproeven, structuurtests) bevestigden de mogelijkheid om MuCell-technologie te gebruiken en de toepassing ervan op de productie van dunnewandige producten (verpakkingen) van kunststoffen (polypropyleen-PP) in ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. Daarom zal de toepassing door middel van de uitvoering van dit project de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden implementeren, en dus de MuCell-technologie (die bestaat uit de injectie van kunststoffen in de vorm van polypropyleen-PP met het gebruik van gas) in de productie ervan, die het effect zal krijgen van een verandering van het productieproces (consistent van het productieproces). (Bijlage nr. 14.2 bij Wn. op dof.) bevestigde de geldigheid en het nut van het door de aanvrager gehanteerde concept van technologie, bestaande uit het gebruik van bovengenoemde technologie (MuCell) bij de productie van dunwandige verpakkingen (capaciteitscontainers. 1,3,10 en 20 jaar). Bij het bovengenoemde beroep werd een effect vastgesteld door de indiening door verzoekster bij het Octrooibureau op 10 december 2016. RP Aanvraag voor een octrooi voor een uitvinding in de vorm van een plastic container (ontworpen voor de verpakking van levensmiddelen, chemische producten en structuren) en de methode voor de vervaardiging van de plastic container (octrooiaanvraag in bijlage nr.14.4 bij Wn.odof). Om de intentie van ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. te bereiken, zal zij moderne apparatuur aanschaffen (zoals gespecificeerd in bijlage 5 bij Wn.odof./in deel H van het Wn.odof.), waarmee het bovengenoemde proces en productinnovatie kan worden uitgevoerd. Il progetto relativo alla realizzazione dei risultati sarà realizzato dai dipendenti di ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. nel primo trimestre del 2016 da dipendenti di ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., che consiste nell'esaminare la possibilità di applicare sul mercato la tecnologia di iniezione di gas (MuCell) alla produzione di imballaggi in plastica a parete sottile, il cui rappresentante è il Richiedente. Il lavoro di ricerca svolto (prove meccaniche sotto forma di prove di resistenza, prove di trazione, test di struttura) ha confermato la possibilità di utilizzare la tecnologia MuCell e la sua applicazione alla produzione di prodotti a parete sottile (confezionamento) di materie plastiche (polipropilene-PP) in ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. Pertanto, attraverso l'attuazione di questo progetto, l'applicazione implementerà i risultati dei lavori di ricerca e sviluppo, e quindi la tecnologia MuCell (che consiste nell'iniezione di materie plastiche in forma di polipropilene-PP con l'uso di gas) alla sua produzione, che otterrà l'effetto di modificare il processo di produzione (cosistente del processo di produzione). (Allegato n. 14.2 a Wn. su dof.) ha confermato la validità e l'utilità del concetto di tecnologia adottato dal richiedente, consistente nell'uso della suddetta tecnologia (MuCell) nella produzione di imballaggi a pareti sottili (contenitori di capacità. 1,3,10 e 20 anni). L'azione di cui sopra ha trovato effetto attraverso la presentazione del Richiedente all'Ufficio Brevetti in data 10 dicembre 2016. RP Domanda di brevetto per un'invenzione sotto forma di contenitore di plastica (progettato per l'imballaggio di prodotti alimentari, prodotti chimici e strutture) e il metodo di fabbricazione del contenitore di plastica (domanda di brevetto di cui all'allegato n.14.4 del Wn.odof.). Al fine di realizzare l'intenzione di ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., acquisterà attrezzature moderne (come specificato nell'allegato n. 5 del Wn.odof./nella sezione H del Wn.odof.), che consentiranno l'attuazione del suddetto processo e innovazione del prodotto.
