Celem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie MM Produkt wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych w celu wprowadzenia na rynek innowacyjnych, znacząco ulepszonych produktów. W efekcie, w przedsiębiorstwie MM Produkt możliwa będzie dywersyfikacją działalności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnych (nowych/ znacząco ulepszonych) rozwiązań produktowych, uprzednio nie wytwarzanych w zakładzie.Projekt jest zatem zgodny z typami projektów przewidzianych do wsparcia w ramach poddziałania 1.6.2 w zakresie typu 2: "Inwestycje w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe oraz wartości niematerialne i prawne związane z dywersyfikacją działalności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnych (nowych/ znacząco ulepszonych) rozwiązań produktowych".Zastosowanie innowacyjnej technologii opracowanej przez MMP doprowadzi do uzyskania następujących, znacząco ulepszonych cech produktów (innowacja produktowa):- sterylność opakowania,- zintegrowanie etykiety barierowej z opakowaniem – co najmniej 85%,- barierowość opakowania zwiększona o 10-15%,- obniżenie gramatury opakowania i tuby – o 3–5 %Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie, przewidywany termin uruchomienia nowej produkcji to 07.2018r. The aim of the project is to implement the results of research and development in MM in order to introduce innovative, significantly improved products to the market. As a result, MM Product will be able to diversify the company’s activities by introducing innovative (new/significantly improved) product solutions not previously manufactured in the plant.The project is therefore compatible with the types of projects envisaged for support under sub-measure 1.6.2 in the field of type 2: “Investments in tangible fixed assets and intangible assets related to the diversification of the company’s activities through the introduction of innovative (new/significantly improved) product solutions to the market”.The use of innovative technology developed by MMP will lead to the following significantly improved product characteristics (product innovation):- the planned delivery of the new packaging,- integration of the barrier label into packaging – at least 85 %,- the barrier of packaging will be increased by 10-15 % of the investment, the reduction of the production by a reduction of the barrier label with packaging – at least 85 %,- the barrier of packaging increased by 10-15 %, and lowered by 10-15 %. L’objectif du projet est de mettre en œuvre les résultats de la recherche et du développement chez MM Product afin d’introduire sur le marché des produits innovants et considérablement améliorés. En conséquence, MM Product sera en mesure de diversifier les activités de l’entreprise en introduisant sur le marché des solutions de produits innovantes (nouvelles/considérablement améliorées) qui n’avaient pas encore été fabriquées dans l’usine. Le projet est donc conforme aux types de projets envisagés pour un soutien au titre de la sous-mesure 1.6.2 dans le domaine du type 2: «Investissements dans des actifs corporels et incorporels liés à la diversification des activités de l’entreprise grâce à l’introduction sur le marché de solutions de produits innovantes (nouvelles et significativement améliorées)».L’utilisation de la technologie innovante développée par MMP permettra d’améliorer considérablement les caractéristiques du produit (innovation de produit):- la stérilité des emballages,- l’intégration de l’étiquette barrière avec l’emballage — au moins 85 %,- l’absence d’obstacles des emballages augmenté de 10-15 %,- la réduction du poids de l’emballage et du tube — de 3-5 %L’investissement sera réalisé après la signature de l’accord de cofinancement, la date prévue de début de la nouvelle production est le 07.2018. Ziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsergebnisse von MM Product, um innovative, deutlich verbesserte Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen. Infolgedessen wird MM Product in der Lage sein, die Aktivitäten des Unternehmens zu diversifizieren, indem auf dem Markt innovative (neue/bedeutend verbesserte) Produktlösungen eingeführt werden, die zuvor nicht in der Anlage hergestellt wurden.Das Projekt steht daher im Einklang mit den Arten von Projekten, die im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.6.2 im Bereich Typ 2 vorgesehen sind. „Investitionen in materielle und immaterielle Vermögenswerte im Zusammenhang mit der Diversifizierung der Geschäftstätigkeit des Unternehmens durch die Einführung innovativer (neu/erheblich verbesserter) Produktlösungen auf dem Markt“.Der Einsatz der von MMP entwickelten innovativen Technologie führt zu folgenden deutlich verbesserten Produkteigenschaften (Produktinnovation):- Sterilität der Verpackung,- Integration von Barriereetiketten mit Verpackungen – mindestens 85 %,- Barrierefreikeit der Verpackungen um 10-15 %,- Verringerung des Gewichts von Verpackungen und Rohren – um 3-5 %Die Investition wird nach Unterzeichnung der Kofinanzierungsvereinbarung realisiert, der voraussichtliche Beginn der neuen Produktion ist 07.2018. Het doel van het project is het implementeren van de resultaten van onderzoek en ontwikkeling bij MM Product om innovatieve, aanzienlijk verbeterde producten op de markt te brengen. Hierdoor zal MM Product de activiteiten van het bedrijf kunnen diversifiëren door innovatieve (nieuwe/aanzienlijk verbeterde) productoplossingen op de markt te introduceren die nog niet eerder in de fabriek zijn vervaardigd. Het project is derhalve in overeenstemming met de soorten projecten die in het kader van submaatregel 1.6.2 op het gebied van type 2. „Investeringen in materiële en immateriële activa in verband met de diversificatie van de activiteiten van de onderneming door de introductie van innovatieve (nieuwe/aanzienlijk verbeterde) productoplossingen op de markt”.Het gebruik van de door MMP ontwikkelde innovatieve technologie zal resulteren in de volgende aanzienlijk verbeterde productkenmerken (productinnovatie):- steriliteit van verpakking,- integratie van barrièrelabels met verpakking — ten minste 85 %,- barrièrevrijheid van verpakkingen met 10-15 %,- vermindering van het gewicht van verpakking en buis — met 3-5 %De investering zal worden gerealiseerd na de ondertekening van de medefinancieringsovereenkomst, de verwachte startdatum van de nieuwe productie is 07.2018. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di implementare i risultati della ricerca e dello sviluppo di MM Product al fine di introdurre sul mercato prodotti innovativi e significativamente migliorati. Di conseguenza, MM Product sarà in grado di diversificare le attività dell'azienda introducendo sul mercato soluzioni di prodotto innovative (nuovi/significativamente migliorate) non precedentemente prodotte nello stabilimento. Il progetto è pertanto in linea con i tipi di progetti previsti per il sostegno nell'ambito della sottomisura 1.6.2 nel settore del tipo 2: "Investimenti in beni materiali e immateriali legati alla diversificazione delle attività dell'azienda attraverso l'introduzione sul mercato di soluzioni di prodotto innovative (nuovi/significativamente migliorate)". L'utilizzo della tecnologia innovativa sviluppata da MMP comporterà le seguenti caratteristiche significativamente migliorate (innovazione del prodotto):- sterilità degli imballaggi,- integrazione dell'etichetta barriera con l'imballaggio — almeno l'85 %,- assenza di barriere degli imballaggi aumentata del 10-15 %- riduzione del peso dell'imballaggio e del tubo — del 3-5 % L'investimento sarà realizzato dopo la firma dell'accordo di cofinanziamento, la data di inizio prevista della nuova produzione è il 07.2018.
