Wniosek jest składany w partnerstwie, Liderem jest Fundacja „Równi, choć Różni”, Partnerem Gmina Bystrzyca Kłodzka, organ prowadzący Szkołę Podstawową w Wilkanowie. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych z nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, TIK, języka angielskiego i języka niemieckiego oraz właściwych postaw: kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej u min. 80% ze 110 uczniów (58dz, 52ch) Szkoły Podstawowej w Wilkanowie, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, zwłaszcza ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz zwiększenie dostępu do informacji o rynku pracy poprzez utworzenie szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery i wzrost kompetencji TIK u 21 nauczycieli (17K, 4M) Szkoły w terminie od 1 września 2018 do 30 czerwca 2019.Cel będzie realizowany poprzez przeprowadzenie zajęć wyrównawczych i rozwijających z matematyki, rozwijających z nauk przyrodniczych (fizyka, chemia, biologia, geografia), TIK, wyrównawczych i rozwijających z języka angielskiego i niemieckiego, rozwijających kreatywność, innowacyjność, pracę zespołową poprzez zajęcia: plastyczno –techniczne, muzyczno – taneczne, Klub Książki, warsztaty dziennikarsko- filmowe, podnoszenie efektywności uczenia się, zajęcia manualno – grafomotoryczne, warsztaty z rękodzieła artystycznego; indywidualne specjalistyczne dla dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami - dla dzieci z wadami wymowy, warsztatami wspierającymi indywidualne podejście do dziecka dla rodziców z dziećmi, powstanie PIK. Nauczyciele będą wykorzystywać kompetencje TIK w nauczaniu przedmiotowym, Szkoła będzie wykorzystywać zakupiony do projektu nowoczesny sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych, a pracownie przedmiotowe będą wykorzystywać doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć.Rezultatami będzie podniesienie kompetencji w obszarach objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, przez co projekt wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy Działania 10.2. Die Lehrer werden IKT-Kompetenzen in diesem Unterricht nutzen, die Schule wird die moderne IKT-Ausstattung für das Projekt zur Durchführung von Bildungsaktivitäten verwenden, und diese Workshops werden die Ausrüstung für die Durchführung von Klassen verwenden.
