POWIAT PIŃCZOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PIŃCZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 100 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Pińczowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub profilu pomocy II. W ramach projektu przedstawiona zostanie każdemu z uczestników konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzonej analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Pińcz district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 100 persons registered in the County Labour Office in Pińczów. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I or an aid profile II. The project will present to each of the participants a specific offer of professional activation preceded by analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont au chômage dans le comté de Pińczów. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 100 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Pińczów. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont admissibles au profil d’aide I ou au profil d’aide II. Dans le cadre du projet, une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera présentée à chaque participant, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, le Bureau du travail de Poviat mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Pińczów arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 100 Personen sein, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Pińczów registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Beihilfeprofil I oder das Hilfsprofil II in Frage kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird jedem Teilnehmer ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Veranlagungen und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Arbeitsamt Poviat entsprechend ausgewählte arbeitsmarktbezogene Dienstleistungen und Instrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Pińczów. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 100 personen die zijn ingeschreven in het arbeidsbureau van het district Pińczów. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I of steunprofiel II. In het kader van het project wordt aan elke deelnemer een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering gepresenteerd, voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal het Arbeidsbureau van Poviat naar behoren geselecteerde arbeidsmarktdiensten en -instrumenten uitvoeren, zoals bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella contea di Pińczów. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 100 persone registrate presso l'ufficio distrettuale del lavoro di Pińczów. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I o al profilo di aiuto II. Nell'ambito del progetto verrà presentata a ciascun partecipante una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale, preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle predisposizioni e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'Ufficio del lavoro di Poviat effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati, come indicato nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
