POWIAT MYŚLENICKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MYŚLENICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie myślenickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągniecie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - na poziomie co najmniej 43%, dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35% oraz dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W projekcie finansowane będą usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Dz. U. z 2016r., poz. 645 z późn. zm.) m.in. szkolenia, staże, bony stażowe, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia(przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej) w ramach usług i instrumentów wskazanych w w/w ustawie poprzedzone będzie pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu, m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe. Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika projektu. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy wsparcia z uwzględnieniem profilu pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy jego sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Mysenice district. The main result of the project will be the achievement of employment performance indicators for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, for disabled persons – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 17 %, for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency index of at least 35 % and for low-skilled workers – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 48 %. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The project will finance labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (Dz. U. of 2016, pos. 645 as amended) e.g. training, internships, internship vouchers, intervention work, one-off funds for starting a business. The provision of support (presenting a specific offer of professional activation) within the services and instruments indicated in the abovementioned act will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant, including through the elaboration/updating of the Individual Action Plan, job mediation and/or career guidance. This analysis will make it possible to match the aid offer in such a way that it meets the actual needs of the project participant concerned. Each participant shall receive a support offer covering all forms of support, including the aid profile, which will be identified with it as necessary in order to improve its labour market situation or to obtain employment. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le quartier de la pensée. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’atteindre des indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants, au moins 43 %, pour les personnes handicapées, un taux de performance en matière d’emploi d’au moins 17 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée, un taux de performance en matière d’emploi d’au moins 35 % et pour les personnes peu qualifiées, un taux de performance en matière d’emploi d’au moins 48 %. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Le projet financera les services et les instruments du marché du travail définis dans la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail (Dz. U. de 2016, point de l’ordre du jour. 645 modifié) y compris la formation, les stages, les bons de stage, le travail d’intervention, les fonds ponctuels pour la création d’une entreprise. La fourniture d’un soutien (présentant une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle) dans le cadre des services et instruments indiqués dans la loi susmentionnée sera précédée d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant au projet donné, par exemple par l’élaboration/la mise à jour d’un plan d’action individuel, la médiation professionnelle et/ou l’orientation professionnelle. Cette analyse permettra de faire correspondre l’offre d’aide de manière à répondre aux besoins réels du participant au projet concerné. Chaque participant recevra une offre de soutien couvrant toutes les formes de soutien, en tenant compte du profil d’aide qu’il identifiera comme nécessaire afin d’améliorer sa situation sur le marché du travail ou d’obtenir un emploi. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Denkkreis arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptziel des Projekts wird darin bestehen, Beschäftigungsindikatoren für Teilnehmer zu erreichen, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen, mindestens 43 %, für Menschen mit Behinderungen, eine Beschäftigungsleistungsquote von mindestens 17 %, für Langzeitarbeitslose, eine Beschäftigungsquote von mindestens 35 % und für Geringqualifizierte, eine Beschäftigungsleistungsquote von mindestens 48 %. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Mit dem Projekt sollen Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen und Instrumente finanziert werden, die im Gesetz vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen (Dz. U. von 2016, Punkt. 645 in der geänderten Fassung) einschließlich Ausbildung, Praktika, Praktikumsgutscheine, Interventionsarbeit, einmalige Mittel für die Gründung eines Unternehmens. Der Bereitstellung von Unterstützung (mit einem spezifischen Angebot beruflicher Aktivierungen) im Rahmen der im oben genannten Gesetz genannten Dienste und Instrumente geht eine eingehende Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Projektteilnehmers voraus, z. B. durch Ausarbeitung/Aktualisierung eines individuellen Aktionsplans, Vermittlung von Arbeitsplätzen und/oder Berufsberatung. Durch diese Analyse wird es möglich sein, das Beihilfeangebot so abzustimmen, dass dem tatsächlichen Bedarf des betreffenden Projektteilnehmers Rechnung getragen wird. Jeder Teilnehmer erhält ein Unterstützungsangebot für alle Formen der Unterstützung unter Berücksichtigung des Beihilfeprofils, das von ihnen als notwendig eingestuft wird, um ihre Arbeitsmarktsituation zu verbessern oder eine Beschäftigung zu erhalten. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het denkdistrict. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is het bereiken van werkgelegenheidsprestatie-indicatoren voor deelnemers die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de volgende doelgroepen, ten minste 43 %, voor mensen met een handicap, een arbeidsparticipatie van ten minste 17 %, voor langdurig werklozen een arbeidsparticipatie van ten minste 35 % en voor laaggeschoolden een arbeidsparticipatie van ten minste 48 %. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). Het project dient ter financiering van arbeidsmarktdiensten en -instrumenten als omschreven in de wet van 20 april 2004 inzake de bevordering van werkgelegenheids- en arbeidsmarktinstellingen (Dz. U. van 2016, punt. 645 als gewijzigd) met inbegrip van opleiding, stages, stagebonnen, interventiewerk, eenmalige fondsen voor de oprichting van een bedrijf. De verlening van ondersteuning (die een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorstelt) in het kader van de in de bovengenoemde wet vermelde diensten en instrumenten zal worden voorafgegaan door een grondige analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van een bepaalde projectdeelnemer, bijvoorbeeld door het opstellen/bijwerken van een individueel actieplan, werkbemiddeling en/of loopbaanbegeleiding. Deze analyse zal het mogelijk maken het steunaanbod op zodanige wijze aan te passen dat wordt ingespeeld op de werkelijke behoeften van de betrokken projectdeelnemer. Elke deelnemer ontvangt een steunaanbod voor alle vormen van steun, rekening houdend met het steunprofiel, dat door hen als nodig zal worden aangemerkt om zijn arbeidsmarktsituatie te verbeteren of werk te vinden. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel distretto di pensiero. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà quello di conseguire indicatori di rendimento occupazionale per i partecipanti non ammissibili a nessuno dei seguenti gruppi destinatari, almeno il 43 %, per le persone con disabilità, un tasso di rendimento occupazionale di almeno il 17 %, per i disoccupati di lungo periodo, un tasso di rendimento occupazionale di almeno il 35 % e per le persone scarsamente qualificate, un tasso di rendimento occupazionale di almeno il 48 %. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Il progetto finanzierà i servizi del mercato del lavoro e gli strumenti definiti nella legge del 20 aprile 2004 sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro (Dz. U. del 2016, voce. 645 e successive modifiche) tra cui formazione, tirocini, buoni di tirocinio, interventi, fondi una tantum per la creazione di un'impresa. L'erogazione del sostegno (presentante una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale) nell'ambito dei servizi e degli strumenti indicati nella suddetta legge sarà preceduta da un'analisi approfondita delle competenze, della predisposizione e dei problemi professionali di un determinato partecipante al progetto, ad esempio elaborando/aggiornando un piano d'azione individuale, la mediazione professionale e/o l'orientamento professionale. L'analisi consentirà di eguagliare l'offerta di aiuti in modo da rispondere alle reali esigenze del partecipante al progetto interessato. Ciascun partecipante riceverà un'offerta di sostegno che copra tutte le forme di sostegno, tenendo conto del profilo di aiuto, che sarà da essi identificato come necessario per migliorare la propria situazione sul mercato del lavoro o per ottenere un impiego.
