POWIAT STARGARDZKI-POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W STARGARDZIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie stargardzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 182os. zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. Bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagajacy wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Stargardzki district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 182 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called. Active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Stargard. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par 182 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé: Chômeurs actifs) ou profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Stargard County arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch 182 Personen, die in der PLO registriert sind. Mit dem Projekt werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Beihilfeprofil I in Betracht kommen (sog.: Erwerbstätige Arbeitslose) oder Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Unterstützungserfordernisse“) Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in Stargard County. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is het begin van de tewerkstelling van 182 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven. Het project ondersteunt mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamd: Actief werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „noodzakelijke steun”). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella contea di Stargard. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà l'inizio dell'occupazione da parte di 182 persone iscritte all'OLP. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto: Disoccupati attivi) o "Profilo di aiuto II" (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
