Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie oleckim. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2015r. do 31.12.2015r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 109 osób (65 kobiet i 44 mężczyzn). Będą to osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat, bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP Olecko jako osoby bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada następujące wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - co najmniej 38%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 12%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 30%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 31%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Olecki district. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015. The project will be attended by 109 people (65 women and 44 men). These will be young people aged 18-29 without a job, registered with PUP Olecko as unemployed, qualified for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the II aid profile (so-called “need for support”) who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project assumes the following employment efficiency indicators: — the overall employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 38 %, for disabled persons – at least 12 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, for low-skilled persons – at least 31 %. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district d’Olecki. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période allant du 1er janvier 2015 au 31 décembre 2015. 109 personnes (65 femmes et 44 hommes) participeront au projet. Il s’agira de jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans, chômeurs, inscrits au PUP Olecko en tant que chômeurs, qualifiés dans le profil de premiers secours (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au deuxième profil d’aide (appelé «aide requise») qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les «NEET»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le projet repose sur les indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi suivants: — un taux global de performance en matière d’emploi pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants — au moins 38 %, — pour les personnes handicapées — au moins 12 %, — pour les chômeurs de longue durée — au moins 30 %, — pour les personnes peu qualifiées — au moins 31 %. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Olecki arbeitslos sind. Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2015 bis zum 31.12.2015 durchgeführt. 109 Personen (65 Frauen und 44 Männer) werden an dem Projekt teilnehmen. Dabei handelt es sich um junge Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren, arbeitslos, die in der PUP Olecko als Arbeitslose registriert sind, im ersten Hilfeprofil (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder im zweiten Hilfeprofil (sogenannte „notwendige Unterstützung“) qualifiziert sind, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen (sogenannte NEET). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Das Projekt setzt folgende Indikatoren für die Beschäftigungsleistung voraus: — eine Gesamtbeschäftigungsleistungsquote für Teilnehmer, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen in Frage kommen – mindestens 38 %, – für Menschen mit Behinderungen – mindestens 12 %, – für Langzeitarbeitslose – mindestens 30 %, – für Geringqualifizierte – mindestens 31 %. Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Olecki. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de periode van 1.1.2015 tot en met 31.12.2015. 109 personen (65 vrouwen en 44 mannen) zullen aan het project deelnemen. Het gaat hierbij om jongeren van 18-29 jaar, werkloze, ingeschreven in PUP Olecko als werkloze, gekwalificeerd in het eerste-hulpprofiel (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of 2e steunprofiel (zogenaamde „noodzakelijke steun”) die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs en opleiding (de zogenaamde NEET’s). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. Het project gaat uit van de volgende werkgelegenheidsprestatie-indicatoren: — een totale arbeidsparticipatie van deelnemers die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de volgende doelgroepen — ten minste 38 %, — voor mensen met een handicap — ten minste 12 %, — voor langdurig werklozen — ten minste 30 %, — voor laaggeschoolden — ten minste 31 %. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani fino a 29 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Olecki. Il progetto sarà attuato nel periodo compreso tra l'1.1.2015 e il 31.12.2015. Al progetto parteciperanno 109 persone (65 donne e 44 uomini). Si tratterà di giovani di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni, disoccupati, iscritti al PUP Olecko come disoccupati, qualificati nel profilo di primo soccorso (i cosiddetti disoccupati attivi) o nel secondo profilo di aiuto (il cosiddetto "sostegno obbligatorio") che non partecipano all'istruzione e alla formazione (i cosiddetti NEET). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Il progetto si basa sui seguenti indicatori di rendimento in materia di occupazione: — un tasso complessivo di prestazioni occupazionali per i partecipanti non ammissibili a nessuno dei seguenti gruppi destinatari — almeno il 38 %, — per le persone con disabilità — almeno il 12 %, — per i disoccupati di lungo periodo — almeno il 30 %, — per le persone poco qualificate — almeno il 31 %.
