Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 90 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP Sochaczew. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników (czyli dla 196 osób, w tym 109 K i 87 M) przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika - tzn. stworzenie bądź modyfikacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP Sochaczew realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 90 unemployed people registered in the Sochaczew PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant (i.e. for 196 people, including 109 K and 87 M), presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant – i.e. the creation or modification of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, PUP Sochaczew will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Sochaczewski. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement d’au moins 90 chômeurs inscrits au PUP de Sochaczew. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants (c’est-à-dire pour 196 personnes, dont 109 K et 87 M), la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné — c’est-à-dire la création ou la modification du plan d’action individuel. Sur cette base, le PUP Sochaczew mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Sochaczewski arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Einstellung von mindestens 90 Arbeitslosen, die in der Sochaczew PUP registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer (d. h. für 196 Personen, darunter 109 K und 87 M) der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Veranlagungen und beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Teilnehmers – d. h. der Erstellung oder Änderung des individuellen Aktionsplans – vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die Sochaczew PUP entsprechend ausgewählte arbeitsmarktbezogene Dienstleistungen und Instrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen umsetzen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Sochaczewski. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de aanwerving van ten minste 90 werklozen die geregistreerd zijn bij de Sochaczew PUP. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). In het kader van het project wordt voor elk van de deelnemers (d.w.z. voor 196 personen, waarvan 109 K en 87 M) de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van een bepaalde deelnemer — d.w.z. het opstellen of wijzigen van het individuele actieplan. Op basis hiervan zal de Sochaczew PUP op passende wijze geselecteerde arbeidsmarktdiensten en -instrumenten ten uitvoer leggen, zoals bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Sochaczewski. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà l'assunzione di almeno 90 disoccupati iscritti al PUP di Sochaczew. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascuno dei partecipanti (ossia per 196 persone, di cui 109 K e 87 M), la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, della predisposizione e dei problemi professionali di un determinato partecipante, ossia la creazione o la modifica del Piano d'Azione Individuale. Su tale base, il PUP di Sochaczew applicherà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati, come indicato nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
