Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET).W ramach projektu realizowana będzie indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo-edukacyjna osób młodych, która opierać będzie się na co najmniej trzech elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy wskazanych w typach operacji w ramach osi I, przy czym Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD) oraz pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe będzie stanowiło obligatoryjny element wsparcia. Projekt zakłada: - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci) - tj. 42%;- minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup tj. 57%.Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFES w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014 - 2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29 who are unemployed in the Brest County, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs).The project will implement individual and comprehensive vocational and educational activation of young people, which will be based on at least three elements of individual and comprehensive assistance identified in the types of operations under Axis I, which will be a mandatory part of the work plan and/or the Individual Action Plan (Individual and Comprehensive Assistance). The project consists of: — minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED level 3), immigrants, migrants) – i.e. 42 %;- minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for other non-members i.e. 57 %.The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of EFES funds in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Brest, notamment ceux qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les «NEET»). Le projet mettra en œuvre une activation professionnelle et éducative individuelle et globale des jeunes, qui reposera sur au moins trois éléments d’assistance individuelle et globale indiqués dans les types d’opérations relevant de l’axe I, le plan d’action individuel et l’orientation professionnelle constituant un élément obligatoire de soutien. Le projet suppose: — critère minimal d’efficacité de l’emploi pour les personnes les plus vulnérables (personnes handicapées, chômeurs de longue durée, peu qualifiés (jusqu’à la CITE 3), immigrants, réémigrants) — i.e. 42 %;- critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les autres non-membres, c’est-à-dire 57 %.Le projet sera mis en œuvre conformément aux lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets impliquant des fonds EFES dans le domaine du marché du travail pour la période 2014-2020. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungschancen junger Menschen, die im Bezirk Brest arbeitslos sind, bis 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, insbesondere diejenigen, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen (die sogenannten NEETs). Das Projekt wird eine individuelle und umfassende berufliche und Bildungsaktivierung junger Menschen durchführen, die auf mindestens drei Elementen der individuellen und umfassenden Unterstützung beruht, die in den Maßnahmenarten im Rahmen von Schwerpunkt I aufgeführt sind, wobei der individuelle Aktionsplan (IPD) und die Stellenvermittlung oder Berufsberatung ein verbindliches Element der Unterstützung darstellen. Das Projekt geht davon aus: — Mindestmaß an Effizienzkriterium für die am stärksten gefährdeten Personen (Personen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte (bis ISCED 3), Einwanderer, Wiedereinwanderer) – d. h. 42 %;- Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienzkriterium für andere Nichtmitglieder, d. h. 57 %.Das Projekt wird im Einklang mit den Leitlinien für die Durchführung von Projekten durchgeführt, an denen EFES-Mittel im Bereich des Arbeitsmarktes für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 beteiligt sind. Het project heeft tot doel de arbeidskansen van jongeren tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het Brest-district te vergroten, met name degenen die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs en opleiding (de zogenaamde NEET’s). Het project zal een individuele en alomvattende activering van jongeren in het beroepsonderwijs en het onderwijs ten uitvoer leggen, die gebaseerd zal zijn op ten minste drie elementen van individuele en uitgebreide bijstand die zijn aangegeven in de soorten concrete acties in het kader van as I, waarbij het Individuele Actieplan (IPD) en arbeidsbemiddeling of loopbaanbegeleiding een verplicht ondersteuningselement vormen. Het project gaat uit van: — minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor de meest kwetsbaren (personen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden (tot ISCED 3), immigranten, remigranten) — d.w.z. 42 %;- minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor andere niet-leden, d.w.z. 57 %.Het project zal worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de richtsnoeren voor de uitvoering van projecten met EFES-middelen op het gebied van de arbeidsmarkt voor de periode 2014-2020. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei giovani fino ai 29 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Brest, compresi in particolare quelli che non partecipano all'istruzione e alla formazione (i cosiddetti NEET). Il progetto realizzerà un'attivazione individuale e completa dei giovani a livello professionale ed educativo, che si baserà su almeno tre elementi di assistenza individuale e globale indicati nei tipi di operazioni nell'ambito dell'asse I, con il piano d'azione individuale (IPD) e l'orientamento professionale o l'orientamento professionale come elemento obbligatorio di sostegno. Il progetto presuppone: — criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per le persone più vulnerabili (persone con disabilità, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificate (fino a ISCED 3), immigrati, riemigrati) — vale a dire 42 %;- criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per gli altri non aderenti, vale a dire 57 %.Il progetto sarà attuato conformemente agli orientamenti per l'attuazione di progetti che coinvolgono fondi EFES nel settore del mercato del lavoro per il periodo 2014-2020.
