Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających be pracy w Mieście Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 years of age remaining in Ruda Śląska City. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui continuent de travailler dans la ville de Ruda Śląska. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil II (appelé «soutien requis»). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der Stadt Ruda Śląska arbeiten. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Profil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die in de stad Ruda Śląska blijven werken. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of profiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni che continuano a lavorare nella città di Ruda Śląska. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
