Posiadane przez Wnioskodawcę wyniki prac badawczo-rozwojowych dotyczą technologii produkcji pasywnych okien Real Wood. W wyniku przeprowadzonych przez P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o. prac badawczych opracowano innowacyjną technologię paswnych profili REAL WOOD o strukturze 3D opartych o aerożele i współczynniku przenikania ramy Uf = 0.70 W(m2*K). Znamienne cechy nowej technologii: 1. profile PCV z mikrostrukturą 3D REAL WOOD wiernie imitujące usłojenie profili drewnianych 2. mikropowłoka lakiernicza nanoszona autorską technologią Wnioskodawcy na profil PVC 3. współczynnik przenikania profilu Uf = 0.70 W(m2*K) charakterystyczny dla okien pasywnych. Wnioskodawca poprzez realizację niniejszego projektu wdroży do swojej działalności wyniki ww. prac B+R poprzez zakup robót i materiałów budowlanych, nowych środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. W celu rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa firma chce założyć nowy zakład i wprowadzić na rynek nowy produkt poprzez inwestycje w roboty budowlane związane z założeniem nowego zakładu, zakup nowych urządzeń i wdrożenie zaawansowanej technologii produkcji pasywnych okien Real Wood (RW). W wyniku realizacji projektu i wdrożenia wyników prac B+R zostanie wprowadzony na rynek nowy produkt (innowacja produktowa): pasywne okno Real Wood. Produkcja pasywnych okien wpisuje się w światowy trend budownictwa energooszczędnego/pasywnego i ma ścisły związek z polityką zrównoważonego rozwoju i minimalizacją zapotrzebowania na energię. Realizacja projektu umożliwi Wnioskodawcy zaspokojenie potrzeb i oczekiwań rynku, a tym samym wzmocni jego pozycję rynkową i uczyni ofertę konkurencyjną i kompleksową. Firma będzie przygotowana do realizacji najbardziej skomplikowanych zleceń dla odbiorców krajowych jak i zagranicznych. R & D results held by the Applicant concern the technology of production of passive windows Real Wood. As a result of the research work carried out by P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o., an innovative technology of passive profiles REAL WOOD with 3D structure based on aerogels and frame penetration coefficient Uf = 0.70 W(m²*K). Significant features of the new technology: 1. PVC profiles with 3D microstructure REAL WOOD faithfully imitating wood profiles 2. microcoating applied by its proprietary technology Applicant’s PVC profile 3. penetration coefficient Uf = 0.70 W(m²*K) characteristic for passive windows. Through the implementation of this project, the applicant shall implement the results of the above-mentioned R & D works by purchasing construction works and materials, new fixed assets and intangible assets. In order to develop the company, the company wants to set up a new plant and introduce a new product to the market through investments in construction works related to the establishment of a new plant, the purchase of new equipment and the implementation of advanced technology for the production of passive windows Real Wood (RW). As a result of the project and implementation of R & D results, a new product (product innovation) will be placed on the market: the passive Real Wood window. Passive window production is in line with the global trend of energy-efficient/passive construction and is closely linked to sustainable development policy and to minimise energy demand. The implementation of the project will enable the Applicant to meet the needs and expectations of the market, thereby strengthening its market position and making the offer competitive and comprehensive. The company will be prepared to carry out the most complex orders for domestic and foreign customers. The implementation of innovative technology will ensure the dynamic growth of the company and the expansion of customer groups and ensure the stability and diversification of the company’s revenues. Les résultats de la recherche et du développement détenus par la requérante concernent la technologie de production de fenêtres passives en bois réel. À la suite d’une recherche menée par P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o., une technologie innovante de profils REAL WOOD passifs avec une structure 3D basée sur les aérosols et le facteur de pénétration du cadre Uf = 0,70 W(m²*K) a été développée. Caractéristiques importantes de la nouvelle technologie: 1. Profils en PVC avec microstructure 3D REAL WOOD imitant fidèlement le grainage des profilés en bois 2. microrevêtement appliqué par la technologie exclusive de la requérante pour les profilés en PVC 3. coefficient de pénétration du profil Uf = 0,70 W (m²*K) caractéristique pour les fenêtres passives. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de ce projet, le demandeur mettra en œuvre les résultats des travaux de R & D susmentionnés en achetant des ouvrages de construction et des matériaux, de nouveaux actifs immobilisés et des immobilisations incorporelles. Die Ergebnisse der Forschung und Entwicklung des Antragstellers beziehen sich auf die Technologie der Herstellung von passiven Real Wood Fenstern. Durch die Forschung von P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o. wurde eine innovative Technologie passiver REAL WOOD-Profile mit einer 3D-Struktur auf Basis von Aerosolen und Uf-Rahmendurchdringungsfaktor = 0,70 W(m²*K) entwickelt. Wesentliche Merkmale der neuen Technologie: 1. PVC-Profile mit 3D-Mikrostruktur REAL WOOD getreu imitieren die Körnung von Holzprofilen 2. Mikrobeschichtung angewendet durch die proprietäre Technologie des Antragstellers für PVC-Profil 3. Uf Profildurchdringungskoeffizient = 0,70 W(m²*K) charakteristisch für passive Fenster. Durch die Durchführung dieses Projekts wird der Antragsteller die Ergebnisse der oben genannten FuE-Arbeiten durch den Erwerb von Bauarbeiten und Materialien, neuen Anlagegütern und immateriellen Vermögenswerten umsetzen. Um das Unternehmen zu entwickeln, will das Unternehmen eine neue Anlage errichten und durch Investitionen in Bauarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Errichtung einer neuen Anlage, dem Kauf neuer Anlagen und der Einführung fortschrittlicher Technologien für die Herstellung passiver Realholzfenster (RW) ein neues Produkt auf den Markt bringen. Infolge der Durchführung des Projekts und der Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit wird ein neues Produkt (Produktinnovation) in Verkehr gebracht: passives Fenster aus echtem Holz. Die Produktion von passiven Fenstern ist Teil des globalen Trends des energieeffizienten/passiven Bauens und steht in engem Zusammenhang mit der Politik der nachhaltigen Entwicklung und der Minimierung des Energiebedarfs. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es dem Antragsteller ermöglichen, den Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden und so seine Marktposition zu stärken und ein wettbewerbsorientiertes und umfassendes Angebot zu machen. Das Unternehmen wird bereit sein, die komplexesten Aufträge für inländische und ausländische Kunden auszuführen. Die Einführung innovativer Technologien wird die dynamische Entwicklung des Unternehmens und den Ausbau der Kundengruppen gewährleisten und die Stabilität und Diversifizierung der Umsatzerlöse des Unternehmens gewährleisten. De resultaten van onderzoek en ontwikkeling in het bezit van de aanvrager hebben betrekking op de technologie van de productie van passieve Real Wood windows. Naar aanleiding van onderzoek van P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o. is een innovatieve technologie van passieve REAL WOOD profielen met een 3D-structuur op basis van aerosols en Uf framepenetratiefactor = 0,70 W(m²*K) ontwikkeld. Belangrijke kenmerken van de nieuwe technologie: 1. PVC-profielen met 3D-microstructuur REAL WOOD die het korrelen van houten profielen getrouw nabootsen 2. microcoating toegepast door de merkgebonden technologie van de aanvrager voor PVC-profiel 3. Uf profielpenetratiecoëfficiënt = 0,70 W(m²*K) karakteristiek voor passieve ramen. Door de uitvoering van dit project zal de aanvrager de resultaten van bovengenoemde O & O-werkzaamheden implementeren door bouwwerken en materialen, nieuwe vaste activa en immateriële activa aan te kopen. Om het bedrijf te ontwikkelen, wil het bedrijf een nieuwe fabriek opzetten en een nieuw product op de markt introduceren door investeringen in bouwwerken in verband met de oprichting van een nieuwe fabriek, de aankoop van nieuwe apparatuur en de implementatie van geavanceerde technologie voor de productie van passieve Real Wood windows (RW). Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project en de uitvoering van de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden zal een nieuw product (productinnovatie) in de handel worden gebracht: passief Real Wood raam. Het bedrijf zal bereid zijn om de meest complexe bestellingen uit te voeren voor zowel binnenlandse als buitenlandse klanten. De implementatie van innovatieve technologie zal zorgen voor de dynamische ontwikkeling van het bedrijf en de uitbreiding van klantengroepen en zal zorgen voor stabiliteit en diversificatie van de inkomsten van het bedrijf. I risultati della ricerca e dello sviluppo detenuti dal richiedente riguardano la tecnologia di produzione di finestre passive in legno reale. Come risultato della ricerca condotta da P.W. Vikking KTS Sp. z o.o., è stata sviluppata una tecnologia innovativa di profili passivi REAL WOOD con struttura 3D basata su aerosol e fattore di penetrazione del telaio Uf = 0,70 W(m²*K). Caratteristiche significative della nuova tecnologia: 1. profili in PVC con microstruttura 3D REAL WOOD imitando fedelmente la granatura dei profili in legno 2. microrivestimento applicato dalla tecnologia proprietaria del richiedente per il profilo del PVC 3. coefficiente di penetrazione del profilo Uf = 0,70 W (m² * K) caratteristica per finestre passive. Attraverso l'attuazione di questo progetto, il richiedente realizzerà i risultati dei suddetti lavori di R & S acquistando lavori di costruzione e materiali, nuove immobilizzazioni e beni immateriali. Al fine di sviluppare l'azienda, l'azienda vuole creare un nuovo impianto e introdurre un nuovo prodotto sul mercato attraverso investimenti in lavori di costruzione relativi alla realizzazione di un nuovo impianto, all'acquisto di nuove attrezzature e all'implementazione di tecnologie avanzate per la produzione di finestre passive in legno reale (RW). A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto e dell'attuazione dei risultati delle attività di R & S, un nuovo prodotto (innovazione del prodotto) sarà immesso sul mercato: finestra passiva in legno reale. La produzione di finestre passive fa parte della tendenza globale dell'edilizia ad efficienza energetica/passiva ed è strettamente legata alla politica di sviluppo sostenibile e alla riduzione al minimo della domanda di energia. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà al richiedente di soddisfare le esigenze e le aspettative del mercato, rafforzando così la sua posizione di mercato e facendo un'offerta competitiva e completa.
