Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań nad technologią prefabrykacji betonowej z betonu samozagęszczalego, opartego na kruszywach lekkich. Innowacyjna koncepcja betonu samozagęszczalnego oparta jest na właściwościach mieszanki betonowej, składającej się z materiałów o bardzo zróżnicowanym ciężarze właściwym. Udoskonalony wyrób w postaci prefabrykatów, w tym ściany, stropy, balkony, schody, przeznaczony będzie dla branży betonowej i budowlanej. Zakres projektu obejmować będzie szereg badań, w tym badanie kruszyw lekkich pod kątem zastosowania ich w betonach dla prefabrykacji, badanie świeżej mieszanki betonowej betonów lekkich samozagęszczalnych, badanie próbek betonowych wykonanych z mieszanki lekkiej samozagęszczalnej, badanie przedprototypowe betonów lekkich samozagęszczalnych w prefabrykacji betonowej wielkoformatowej. W wyniku przeprowadzenia wymienionych badań oraz analizy uzyskanych wyników możliwe będzie osiągnięcie zakładanych rezultatów projektu, tj. innowacyjnej technologii oraz nowatorskich wyrobów końcowych w postaci prefabrykatów z betonów lekkich. Ich zastosowanie pociągnie za sobą szereg korzyści dla odbiorców zarówno w wymiarze ekonomicznym, jakościowym jak i środowiskowym. Realizacja projektu umożliwi wdrożenie na rynek innowacji produktowej i procesowej, cechujących się do tej pory nieosiągalnymi parametrami. The subject of the project is to conduct research on the technology of concrete prefabrication made of self-condensed concrete, based on light aggregates. The innovative concept of self-condensing concrete is based on the properties of the concrete mix, consisting of materials with a very different specific weight. Improved prefabricated products, including walls, ceilings, balconies, staircases, will be designed for the concrete and construction industry. The scope of the project will include a number of tests, including testing of light aggregates for use in concrete for prefabrication, testing of fresh concrete mixtures of lightweight compacted concrete, testing of concrete samples made of light self-concentrated mixture, pre-prototypical testing of light self-concentrated concrete concrete in large-format prefabrication. As a result of these studies and analysis of the results obtained, it will be possible to achieve the expected results of the project, i.e. innovative technology and innovative end products in the form of light concrete prefabricated products. Their application will entail a number of benefits for consumers, both economically, qualitatively and environmentally. L’objet du projet est de mener des recherches sur la technologie de préfabrication du béton auto-béton à base d’agrégats légers. Le concept innovant d’auto-béton est basé sur les propriétés d’un mélange de béton, composé de matériaux de gravité spécifique très différente. Le produit raffiné sous forme de produits préfabriqués, y compris les murs, les plafonds, les balcons, les escaliers, sera conçu pour l’industrie du béton et de la construction. Le projet comprendra un certain nombre d’études, y compris l’essai de granulats légers destinés à être utilisés dans les bétons de préfabrication, l’essai d’un mélange de béton frais d’autodensité légère, l’essai d’échantillons de béton fabriqués à partir d’un mélange d’autodensité légère, l’essai de préprototype du béton d’autodensité léger dans la préfabrication de béton de grand format. Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Vorfertigungstechnik des selbstbetonten Betons auf Basis von Lichtaggregaten zu erforschen. Das innovative Konzept des Eigenbetons basiert auf den Eigenschaften einer Betonmischung, die aus Materialien mit sehr unterschiedlicher Schwerkraft besteht. Das raffinierte Produkt in Form von Fertigprodukten, einschließlich Wänden, Decken, Balkonen, Treppen, wird für die Beton- und Bauindustrie konzipiert. Gegenstand des Projekts sind eine Reihe von Studien, darunter die Erprobung von leichten Aggregaten zur Verwendung in Fertigbetonen, die Erprobung des Frischbetonmixes aus leichtem Selbstdichtebeton, die Prüfung von Betonproben aus einer leichten Selbstdichtemischung, die Vorprototypprüfung des leichten Selbstdichtebetons in großformatiger Betonvorfertigung. Het innovatieve concept van zelfbeton is gebaseerd op de eigenschappen van een betonmengsel, bestaande uit materialen met een zeer verschillende soortelijk gewicht. Het geraffineerde product in de vorm van geprefabriceerde producten, waaronder muren, plafonds, balkons, trappen, zal worden ontworpen voor de beton- en bouwindustrie. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di condurre ricerche sulla tecnologia di prefabbricazione del calcestruzzo autocemento basato su aggregati di luce. L'innovativo concetto di autocemento si basa sulle proprietà di una miscela di calcestruzzo, costituita da materiali di gravità specifica molto diversa. Il prodotto raffinato sotto forma di prodotti prefabbricati, tra cui pareti, soffitti, balconi, scale, sarà progettato per l'industria del calcestruzzo e delle costruzioni. L'ambito del progetto comprenderà una serie di studi, tra cui prove di aggregati leggeri da utilizzare in calcestruzzo di prefabbricazione, prove di calcestruzzo fresco di calcestruzzo leggero autodensato, prove di campioni di calcestruzzo ottenuti da una miscela leggera di autodensità, prove preprototipo di calcestruzzo leggero autodensato in prefabbricazione in calcestruzzo di grande formato. In seguito alla realizzazione di questi studi e all'analisi dei risultati ottenuti, sarà possibile ottenere i risultati previsti dal progetto, vale a dire tecnologie innovative e prodotti finali innovativi sotto forma di prodotti prefabbricati in calcestruzzo leggero. La loro applicazione comporterà una serie di vantaggi per i consumatori, sia dal punto di vista economico, qualitativo che ambientale.
