„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi polegającej na opracowaniu nowej technologii. Nowa technologia dotyczyć będzie wytwarzania nowego produktu będącego materiałem wsadowym określanym jako tzw. chłodziw procesu metalurgicznego. Nowy produkt wytwarzany będzie z odpadów metalonośnych, na bazie złomu stali niskostopowych, będących w formie niewsadowej. Wynikiem wdrożenia nowej technologii będzie: nowy produkt/wyrób określony jako chłodziwo procesu metalurgicznego, stosowany w tzw. kąpieli metalurgicznej, oraz nowa usługa recyklingu surowcowego odpadów metalonośnych, trudno przetwarzalnych zawierających metale i ich związki. Technologia ma prowadzić do maksymalizacji poziomu odzysku , w szczególności recyklingu, poprzez realizację procesów o charakterze bezodpadowym. Produkty otrzymane w wyniku odzysku, ich postać, funkcjonalność technologiczna i zestawienie składu chemicznego muszą spełniać oczekiwania stawiane przez odbiorców końcowych produktów tj. zakładów metalurgicznych. Prowadzone prace badawczo-rozwojowe nakierowane będą także na wypracowanie metod produkcji prowadzących także do automatyzacji procesów technologicznych. W ramach prac nad technologią zostanie wytworzona seria próbna wyrobów/produktów w celu wykonania badań sprawdzających zgodność z zestawionymi parametrami wynikającymi z norm stosowanych u odbiorców końcowych i ich oczekiwaniami funkcjonalności procesowej. W opracowaniu zostaną ujęte także wytyczne do projektowania i wykonania instalacji technologicznej oraz infrastruktury niezbędnej do wdrożenia technologii. The new technology will concern the production of a new batch product known as the so-called metallurgical process coolant. The new product will be produced from metallic waste, on the basis of scrap-based low-alloy steels, which are in a non-inside form. The implementation of the new technology will result in: a new product/product defined as a metallurgical process coolant, used in the so-called metallurgical bath, and a new service for the recycling of raw materials of metallic waste, difficult to process containing metals and their compounds. The technology is intended to maximise recovery levels, in particular recycling, through waste-free processes. Products obtained as a result of recovery, their form, technological functionality and the composition of chemical composition must meet the expectations of final customers, i.e. metallurgical plants. Research and development will also be aimed at developing production methods that also lead to automation of technological processes. As part of the work on the technology, a trial series of products/products will be created in order to carry out tests to check compliance with set parameters resulting from the standards used in the end-users and their expectations of process functionality. The elaboration will also include guidelines for the design and execution of the technological installation and infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the technology. La nouvelle technologie concernera la production d’un nouveau produit, qui est une matière première connue sous le nom de liquide de refroidissement métallurgique. Le nouveau produit sera fabriqué à partir de déchets métalliques portants, à base de débris d’acier faiblement allié, sous forme non par lots. La mise en œuvre de la nouvelle technologie se traduira par: un nouveau produit/produit défini comme le liquide de refroidissement du procédé métallurgique, utilisé dans le bain métallurgique, et un nouveau service de recyclage des déchets métalliques bruts, difficiles à recyclables contenant des métaux et leurs composés. Cette technologie vise à maximiser la valorisation, en particulier le recyclage, par la réalisation de procédés autres que les déchets. Les produits obtenus à la suite de leur récupération, de leur forme, de leur fonctionnalité technologique et de leur composition chimique doivent répondre aux attentes des clients finals des produits, c’est-à-dire des installations métallurgiques. Les travaux de recherche et de développement viseront également à développer des méthodes de production conduisant également à l’automatisation des processus technologiques. Dans le cadre des travaux sur la technologie, une série d’essais de produits/produits sera créée afin d’effectuer des tests de vérification de la conformité avec les paramètres définis par les normes utilisées par les clients finals et de leurs attentes en matière de fonctionnalité du processus. Juli 2015 über die finanzielle Unterstützung der polnischen Agentur für Unternehmensentwicklung im Rahmen des Operationellen Programms "Intelligentes Wachstum" 2014-2020"Ziel des Projekts ist der Erwerb einer Dienstleistung, die in der Entwicklung einer neuen Technologie besteht. Die neue Technologie wird die Herstellung eines neuen Produkts betreffen, das ein Rohstoff ist, das als sogenanntes metallurgisches Prozesskühlmittel bekannt ist. Das neue Produkt wird aus metallhaltigen Abfällen hergestellt, die auf Schrott aus niedriglegiertem Stahl in nicht-batch-freier Form basieren. Die Einführung der neuen Technologie wird folgendes zur Folge haben: ein neues Produkt/Produkt definiert als Kühlmittel des metallurgischen Verfahrens, das im sogenannten metallurgischen Bad verwendet wird, und eine neue Dienstleistung für die Wiederverwertung von metallischen Rohabfällen, schwer wiederverwertbare Metalle und deren Verbindungen. Die Technologie zielt darauf ab, die Verwertung, insbesondere das Recycling, durch Nichtabfallverfahren zu maximieren. Produkte, die durch Rückgewinnung, Form, technologische Funktionalität und chemische Zusammensetzung gewonnen werden, müssen den Erwartungen der Endkunden der Produkte, d. h. metallurgischen Anlagen, entsprechen. Die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten zielen auch auf die Entwicklung von Produktionsmethoden ab, die auch zur Automatisierung technologischer Prozesse führen. Im Rahmen der Arbeiten an der Technologie wird eine Testserie von Produkten/Produkten erstellt, um Tests durchzuführen, die die Einhaltung der gesetzten Parameter, die sich aus den im Endkunden verwendeten Standards und ihren Erwartungen an die Prozessfunktionalität ergeben, durchführen. De onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingswerkzaamheden zullen ook gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling van productiemethoden die ook leiden tot de automatisering van technologische processen. In het kader van de werkzaamheden op het gebied van de technologie zal een testreeks van producten/producten worden gecreëerd om tests uit te voeren om na te gaan of aan de vastgestelde parameters is voldaan die voortvloeien uit de normen die in eindafnemers worden gebruikt en hun verwachtingen ten aanzien van de procesfunctionaliteit. De studie zal ook richtsnoeren bevatten voor het ontwerp en de bouw van technologische installaties en infrastructuur die nodig zijn voor de toepassing van de technologie. La nuova tecnologia riguarderà la produzione di un nuovo prodotto, che è una materia prima nota come il cosiddetto refrigerante di processo metallurgico. Il nuovo prodotto sarà realizzato a partire da rifiuti metallici, a base di rottami di acciaio a bassa lega, in forma non batch. L'attuazione della nuova tecnologia si tradurrà in: un nuovo prodotto/prodotto definito come il refrigerante del processo metallurgico, utilizzato nel cosiddetto bagno metallurgico, e un nuovo servizio per il riciclaggio di rifiuti metallici grezzi, difficilmente riciclabili contenenti metalli e loro composti. La tecnologia mira a massimizzare il recupero, in particolare il riciclaggio, mediante processi diversi dai rifiuti. I prodotti ottenuti a seguito del recupero, della loro forma, della loro funzionalità tecnologica e della composizione chimica devono soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti finali dei prodotti, vale a dire gli impianti metallurgici. Il lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo sarà inoltre finalizzato allo sviluppo di metodi di produzione che portino anche all'automazione dei processi tecnologici. Nell'ambito del lavoro sulla tecnologia, verrà creata una serie di test di prodotti/prodotti al fine di eseguire prove di verifica della conformità ai parametri impostati derivanti dagli standard utilizzati nei clienti finali e dalle loro aspettative di funzionalità di processo. Lo studio comprenderà anche orientamenti per la progettazione e la costruzione di impianti tecnologici e infrastrutture necessarie per l'attuazione della tecnologia.
