„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Zakup od IOB proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych wspierających opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacji produktowej ( wprowadzenie znacząco ulepszonego wyrobu) oraz innowacji procesowej ( wprowadzenie nowej metody produkcji za pomocą innowacyjnych maszyn). Zamawiający planuje inwestycję w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe związane z wdrożeniem innowacji technologicznej przez firmę MCDESIGN. Realizacja projektowa będzie prowadziła dodatkowo wdrożenie innowacji organizacyjnej i marketingowej. ZAKRES PROJEKTU: -Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji; -Doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii; -Doradztwa i pomocy w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji; -Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji; -Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji; -Opracowania strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji; Wszystkie wyżej wymienione zaplanowane działania (usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji oraz wydatki inwestycyjne) mają bezpośredni wpływ na wdrożenie w firmie Wnioskującego innowacji produkcyjnej (ulepszony produkt) jak i innowacji procesowej (nowa metoda produkcji). W celu skutecznego wdrożenia innowacji w firmie MCDESIGN zostanie wprowadzona również innowacja organizacyjna i marketingowa. Zaplanowane do zakupu usługi oraz inwestycja w aktywa trwałe stanowią logiczny ciąg powiązanych ze sobą niezbędnych procesów w efekcie których możliwe będzie osiągnięcie zakładanych celów. (Polish)

The contracting authority plans to invest in tangible fixed assets connected with the implementation of technological innovation by MCDESIGN. The project implementation will additionally lead the implementation of organisational and marketing innovation. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: —Preparing a detailed financial model for the innovation being developed or implemented; —Advice in the process of preparing a technology purchase agreement between the supplier and the customer of the technology; —Advice and assistance in the development and pilot implementation of innovation; —Monitoring and evaluating the impact of innovation implementation; —Advice on the development of human resources related to the implementation of innovation; —Developing a marketing strategy for the product or service subject to innovation; All of the above-mentioned planned activities (innovation advisory services and investment expenditure) have a direct impact on the implementation in the Applicant of product innovation (improved product) and process innovation (new production method). Organisational and marketing innovation will also be introduced in order to effectively implement innovation in MCDESIGN. Planned to purchase a service and investment in fixed assets constitute a logical sequence of interconnected processes in order to achieve the objectives pursued. (English)
