Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. W projekcie Wnioskodawca zrealizuje inwestycję początkową poprzez zakup środka trwałego w celu wdrożenia innowacyjnej, zautomatyzowanej usługi czyszczenia przewodów wiertniczych w obiegu zamkniętym, przyjaznej środowisku, bezpiecznej dla ludzi, tańszej i mniej czasochłonnej oraz skorzystać z usług proinnowacyjnych. Wdrażanie innowacji przebiegać będzie w 2 zadaniach: 1. Planowanie i realizacja wdrożenia innowacji, 2.Zakończenie, wdrożenia i monitoring. W ramach zad. nr 1 w okresie 01.10.2018-30.04.2019 przewiduje się: 1. Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji 2. Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3. Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacja i optymalizacja 5. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 6. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji 7. Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji 8. Doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, w tym w zakresie ochrony praw własności intelektualnej, badania stanu techniki i czystości patentowej 9. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante réalisera un premier investissement en achetant un actif fixe afin de mettre en œuvre un service de nettoyage de conduites de forage circulaire innovant et automatisé, respectueux de l’environnement, sûr pour les personnes, moins coûteux et moins long et de bénéficier de services pro-innovation. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird der Antragsteller eine Erstinvestition durchführen, indem sie ein Anlagegut kauft, um einen innovativen, automatisierten Rundbohrrohrreinigungsservice zu implementieren, der umweltfreundlich, sicher für die Menschen, billiger und weniger zeitaufwendig ist und von innovationsfördernden Dienstleistungen profitieren kann. Die Umsetzung der Innovation erfolgt in zwei Aufgaben: 1. Planung und Umsetzung der Innovationsimplementierung, 2.Abschluss, Umsetzung und Überwachung. Gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 1 ist für den Zeitraum 01.10.2018-30.04.2019 Folgendes vorgesehen: 1. Analyse alternativer Wege durch die Umsetzung von Innovation 2. Detaillierte Darstellung und Bewertung des gewählten Entwicklungspfads im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung von Innovation 3. Ausarbeitung eines detaillierten Finanzierungsmodells für Innovation, das derzeit entwickelt oder umgesetzt wird.
