Doroty Waśko-Czopnik.W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące działania:- Opracowanie innowacyjnej karty pacjenta w chmurze - Opracowanie interfejsów karty pacjenta dla urządzeń stacjonarnych i mobilnych - Opracowanie metod rozpoznawania obrazu dla innowacyjnego systemu monitorowania spożycia - Opracowanie bazy danych fotografowanych posiłków dla innowacyjnego systemu monitorowania spożycia - Opracowanie nowatorskich algorytmów przydziału planu dietetycznego do pacjenta bazujących na składnikach pokarmowych a nie na liczbie spożywanych kalorii - Projekt bazy danych planów dietetycznych, przepisów i produktów - Opracowanie modeli procesów biznesowych pracy z pacjentem zawierających diagramy procesów w notacji BPMN w narzędziu BPM, zakresy danych procesów, przydział wykonawców do zadań, algorytmy/procedury obsługi zdarzeń - Automatyzacja procesów biznesowych pracy z pacjentem w systemie BPM - Integracja całości rozwiązania w postaci panelu pacjenta i dietetyka Podstawą wygenerowanego z programu planu dietetycznego będą indywidualne parametry pacjenta: stan zdrowia, wyniki badań laboratoryjnych, przyjmowane leki oraz upodobania kulinarne. Innowacyjność platformy polegać będzie na bieżącej kontroli tworzonych planów dietetycznych przez lekarza.
