Głównym celem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnego, w skali min. Europy, rozwiązania systemu do szybkiego ładowania baterii trakcyjnych, jak również magazynu energii o wysokiej pojemności z możliwością efektywnego doładowywania, jak również przechowywania zgromadzonej energii. Kluczowa innowacyjność w ramach projektu obejmuje obszar innowacji produktowej. Prace badawcze odnosiły się będą zarówno do pozyskania nowej wiedzy z obszaru opracowania optymalnych parametrów układu, bazując jednocześnie na rozwiązaniach technologicznych określonych w ramach patentu nr 225294, jak również wykonania wersji prototypowej magazynu energii oraz układu szybkiego ładowania i przeprowadzenia testów funkcjonalnych i weryfikacyjnych w środowisku odpowiadającym warunkom rzeczywistym, w jakich funkcjonować będzie rozwiązanie. Do najważniejszych rezultatów projektu zaliczyć należy: 1. Zaproponowanie na rynku innowacyjnego, nowego produktu w postaci magazynu energii o wysokiej pojemności z możliwością efektywnego doładowywania, jak również przechowywania zgromadzonej energii przez okres 60-70 godzin oraz ze sprawnością w przedziale 92-93%; 2. Zaproponowanie na rynku innowacyjnego, nowego produktu w postaci unikalnego systemu szybkiego ładowania pojazdów energią zgromadzoną w magazynie; Oba rozwiązania połączone zostaną w jeden układ funkcjonalny. Rozwiązanie objęte niniejszym projektem obejmuje szereg cech, dzięki którym Wnioskodawca będzie miał możliwość uzyskania przewag konkurencyjnych na obsługiwanym rynku. W celu osiągnięcia ww. celów zaangażowany zostanie zespół pracowników będących w dyspozycji Spółki, jak i planowanych do zatrudnienia, posiadających odpowiednie kwalifikacje i doświadczenie w realizacji przedsięwzięć z zakresu B+R, oraz zespoły dwóch kluczowych podwykonawców – Poli (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to develop an innovative system for fast charging of traction batteries, as well as high-capacity energy storage with the ability to recharge efficiently, as well as storage of stored energy. Key innovation within the project covers the area of product innovation. The research will concern both the acquisition of new knowledge from the development of optimal system parameters, at the same time based on the technological solutions defined under patent No. 225294, as well as the execution of a prototype version of the energy storage and quick charging system and the performance of functional and verification tests in an environment corresponding to the real conditions under which the solution will function. The most important results of the project include: 1. Propose on the market an innovative new product in the form of a high-capacity energy storage facility with efficient rechargeability, as well as storage of stored energy for 60-70 hours and with an efficiency of 92-93 %; 2. Propose on the market an innovative new product in the form of a unique rapid vehicle charging system with energy stored in the warehouse; Both solutions will be combined into one functional system. The solution covered by this project includes a number of features which will enable the applicant to gain competitive advantages in the market operated. L’objectif principal du projet est de développer une solution innovante, à l’échelle européenne, pour le chargement rapide des batteries de traction, ainsi qu’une installation de stockage d’énergie de grande capacité avec la possibilité d’une recharge efficace, ainsi que le stockage de l’énergie accumulée. L’innovation clé du projet couvre le domaine de l’innovation de produits. Les travaux de recherche porteront à la fois sur l’acquisition de nouvelles connaissances dans le domaine du développement de paramètres de système optimaux, basés en même temps sur les solutions technologiques définies dans le brevet no 225294, ainsi que sur l’exécution d’une version prototype du système de stockage d’énergie et de chargement rapide et sur la réalisation d’essais fonctionnels et de vérification dans un environnement correspondant aux conditions réelles dans lesquelles la solution fonctionnera. Les principaux résultats du projet sont les suivants: 1. Proposer sur le marché un nouveau produit innovant sous la forme d’une installation de stockage d’énergie à haute capacité, avec la possibilité de recharger efficacement, ainsi que le stockage de l’énergie accumulée sur une période de 60 à 70 heures et d’une efficacité comprise entre 92 et 93 %; 2. Proposer un nouveau produit innovant sur le marché sous la forme d’un système de recharge rapide unique pour les véhicules accumulés en entrepôt; Les deux solutions seront combinées en un seul système fonctionnel. La solution couverte par ce projet comprend un certain nombre de caractéristiques qui permettront à la requérante d’obtenir des avantages concurrentiels sur le marché desservis. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, auf europäischer Ebene eine innovative Lösung für das schnelle Laden von Traktionsbatterien sowie eine Energiespeicheranlage mit hoher Kapazität mit der Möglichkeit eines effizienten Aufladens sowie der Speicherung von angesammelter Energie zu entwickeln. Die Schlüsselinnovation des Projekts deckt den Bereich Produktinnovation ab. Die Forschungsarbeiten betreffen sowohl den Erwerb neuer Kenntnisse im Bereich der Entwicklung optimaler Systemparameter auf der Grundlage der im Patent Nr. 225294 definierten technologischen Lösungen als auch die Ausführung einer Prototypversion des Energiespeicher- und Schnellladesystems sowie die Durchführung von Funktions- und Überprüfungstests in einer Umgebung, die den tatsächlichen Bedingungen der Lösung entspricht. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind: 1. Auf dem Markt ein innovatives neues Produkt in Form einer Energiespeicheranlage mit hoher Kapazität mit der Möglichkeit eines effizienten Aufladens sowie der Speicherung der angesammelten Energie über einen Zeitraum von 60-70 Stunden und mit einer Effizienz von 92 bis 93 % vorzuschlagen; 2. Ein innovatives neues Produkt auf dem Markt in Form eines einzigartigen Schnellladesystems für im Lager angesammelte Fahrzeuge vorzuschlagen; Beide Lösungen werden zu einem einzigen funktionalen System kombiniert. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di sviluppare una soluzione innovativa, su scala europea, per la ricarica rapida delle batterie di trazione, nonché un impianto di stoccaggio dell'energia ad alta capacità con la possibilità di ricarica efficiente, nonché lo stoccaggio di energia accumulata. L'innovazione chiave del progetto riguarda il settore dell'innovazione di prodotto. Il lavoro di ricerca verterà sia sull'acquisizione di nuove conoscenze nell'ambito dello sviluppo di parametri di sistema ottimali, basati allo stesso tempo sulle soluzioni tecnologiche definite nel brevetto n. 225294, sia sull'esecuzione di una versione prototipo del sistema di stoccaggio dell'energia e di caricamento rapido ed effettuando test funzionali e di verifica in un ambiente corrispondente alle reali condizioni di funzionamento della soluzione. I principali risultati del progetto comprendono: 1. Proporre sul mercato un nuovo prodotto innovativo sotto forma di un impianto di stoccaggio dell'energia ad alta capacità con la possibilità di ricarica efficiente, nonché lo stoccaggio di energia accumulata per un periodo di 60-70 ore e con un'efficienza compresa tra il 92 e il 93 %; 2. Proporre un nuovo prodotto innovativo sul mercato sotto forma di un sistema di ricarica rapida unico per i veicoli accumulati in magazzino; Entrambe le soluzioni saranno combinate in un unico sistema funzionale. La soluzione contemplata da questo progetto comprende una serie di caratteristiche che consentiranno al richiedente di ottenere vantaggi competitivi sul mercato servito.
