Przedmiotem projektu są prace rozwojowe mające na celu weryfikację i dopracowanie kompozycji materiałowej i konstrukcyjnej Luksusowych Paneli Winylowych, tzw. LVT oraz wdrożenie w warunkach produkcyjnych technologii produkcji paneli spełniających warunek „bezftalanowy i emisja poniżej granicy oznaczalności” i będących w pełni materiałem podlegającym recyklingowi. Nowa technologia produkcji składa się z następujących procesów: - technologii prasowania warstwy spodniej z granulatu wyprodukowanego we własnym zakresie, - kalandrowania folii do druku i warstwy użytkowej, - drukowania rotograwiurą z użyciem farb wodno-rozpuszczalnych, - zgrzewanie w procesie ciągłym warstwy spodniej, folii zadrukowanej i użytkowej, - moletowania z rejestrem tzw. „Embossing in Register”, - cięcia na prasie wykrawającej w celu uzyskania paneli ze zgrzanych warstw, - obróbka paneli w celu uzyskania „systemu click” łączącego panele w trakcie ich instalacji. W wyniku projektu na rynek zostanie wprowadzony panel podłogowy LVT przeznaczony do użytkowania w szczególnie wymagających warunkach o dużym natężeniu ruchu, w szczególności w budynkach użyteczności publicznej takich jak sieci handlowe i sklepy. The subject of the project is development work aimed at verifying and perfecting the material and construction composition of Luxury Winyl Panels, so-called. LVT and the implementation in the production conditions of the production technologies of panels meeting the condition “naphthalate and emissions below the limit of quantification” and which are fully recycled material. The new production technology consists of the following processes: — technology of pressing underlays made of granules, – calendering of film for printing and application layer, – rotogravure printing using water-soluble inks, – welding in the continuous process of the bottom layer, printed and usable film, – moleting with a register of so-called. “Embossing in Register” – cutting on the punching press to obtain panels from heated layers – processing panels to obtain a click system connecting panels during installation. As a result of the project, the LVT floor panel will be marketed for use in particularly demanding conditions with high traffic, in particular in public buildings such as retail chains and shops. L’objet du projet est le travail de développement visant à vérifier et à affiner la composition du matériau et de la conception des panneaux de vinyle de luxe. La LVT et la mise en œuvre dans les conditions de production des technologies de production pour les panneaux qui répondent à la condition «sans phtalate et les émissions inférieures à la limite de quantification» et sont des matériaux entièrement recyclés. La nouvelle technologie de production se compose des procédés suivants: — technologie de pressage de la couche inférieure des granules produites en interne, — calandrage du film d’impression et de la couche utilitaire, — impression en héliogravure à l’aide d’encres hydrosolubles, — soudage dans le processus continu de la couche inférieure, papier imprimé et utilisable, — agrafage avec un registre de ce que l’on appelle. «Embossing in Register», — découpe sur la presse de poinçonnage pour obtenir des panneaux de couches soudées, — traitement des panneaux pour obtenir un «système de clic» reliant les panneaux lors de leur installation. Grâce au projet, le panneau de plancher LVT sera mis sur le marché pour être utilisé dans des conditions particulièrement exigeantes et très fréquentées, en particulier dans les bâtiments publics tels que les chaînes de vente au détail et les magasins. Gegenstand des Projekts sind Entwicklungsarbeiten zur Überprüfung und Feinabstimmung der Material- und Designzusammensetzung der sogenannten Luxury Vinyl Panels. LVT und die Implementierung von Produktionstechnologien für Platten, die den Zustand „Phthalatfrei und Emissionen unterhalb der Quantifizierungsgrenze“ erfüllen und vollständig recyceltes Material sind. Die neue Produktionstechnologie besteht aus folgenden Prozessen: — Presstechnik der unteren Schicht von im eigenen Haus hergestellten Granulaten, – Kalanderung der Druckfolie und der Gebrauchsschicht, – Tiefdruck mit wasserlöslichen Tinten, – Schweißen im kontinuierlichen Prozess der Unterseite, bedruckte und verwendbare Folie, – Heften mit einem Register der sogenannten. „Prägen in Register“, – Schneiden auf der Stanzpresse, um Platten aus geschweißten Schichten zu erhalten, – Verarbeitung von Platten, um ein „Klicksystem“ zu erhalten, das die Paneele während ihrer Installation verbindet. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird die LVT-Bodentafel für den Einsatz unter besonders anspruchsvollen und hohen Verkehrsbedingungen, insbesondere in öffentlichen Gebäuden wie Einzelhandelsketten und Geschäften, auf den Markt gebracht. Het onderwerp van het project is ontwikkelingswerk gericht op het verifiëren en verfijnen van de materiaal- en ontwerpsamenstelling van Luxury Vinyl Panels, zogenaamde. LVT en de toepassing in productieomstandigheden van productietechnologieën voor panelen die voldoen aan de voorwaarde „ftalaatvrij en emissies onder de kwantificeringsgrens” en volledig gerecycleerd materiaal zijn. De nieuwe productietechnologie bestaat uit de volgende processen: — perstechnologie van de onderlaag van in-house geproduceerde korrels, — kalanderen van de drukfilm en de gebruikslaag, — rotatiediepdruk met behulp van in water oplosbare inkten, — lassen in het continue proces van de onderzijdelaag, bedrukte en bruikbare folie, — nieten met een register van zogenaamde. „Embossing in Register”, — snijden op de ponspers om panelen van gelaste lagen te verkrijgen, — verwerking van panelen om een „kliksysteem” te verkrijgen dat de panelen tijdens hun installatie verbindt. Als gevolg van het project zal het vloerpaneel LVT op de markt worden geïntroduceerd voor gebruik in bijzonder veeleisende en hoge verkeersomstandigheden, met name in openbare gebouwen zoals detailhandelsketens en winkels. Oggetto del progetto è il lavoro di sviluppo finalizzato alla verifica e messa a punto del materiale e della composizione progettuale dei pannelli in vinile di lusso, cosiddetti. LVT e l'implementazione in condizioni di produzione di tecnologie di produzione per pannelli che soddisfano la condizione "senza ftalati ed emissioni al di sotto del limite di quantificazione" e sono materiali completamente riciclati. La nuova tecnologia produttiva è costituita dai seguenti processi: — tecnologia di pressatura dello strato sotto di granuli prodotto in-house, — calandratura della pellicola di stampa e lo strato di utilità, — stampa rotocalco con inchiostri idrosolubili, — saldatura nel processo continuo dello strato inferiore, stampato e utilizzabile lamina, — cucitura con un registro di cosiddetto. "Embossing in Register", — taglio sulla punzonatrice per ottenere pannelli da strati saldati, — lavorazione di pannelli per ottenere un "click system" che collega i pannelli durante la loro installazione. Come risultato del progetto, il pannello pavimento LVT sarà introdotto sul mercato per l'uso in condizioni di traffico particolarmente esigenti e ad alto traffico, in particolare in edifici pubblici come catene di vendita al dettaglio e negozi.
