Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu "Usługowa platforma technologiczna do poszukiwania fragmentów przeciwciał o potencjale terapeutycznym i diagnostycznym” (dalej: Projekt) realizowanego przez Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. jest opracowanie nowatorskiej platformy do poszukiwania i produkcji fragmentów przeciwciał w oparciu o technikę prezentacji fagowej (ang. phage display). W wyniku realizacji Projektu wdrożymy na rynek innowację produktową w postaci znacząco ulepszonej w stosunku do dostępnych rozwiązań usługi poszukiwania przeciwciał. Zdolność immunoglobulin do rozpoznawania szerokiej gamy antygenów sprawia, że znajdują się one w centrum rozwoju leków i diagnostyki medycznej. Przeciwciała precyzyjnie kierują się specyficznie do miejsca choroby, minimalizując efekty uboczne leczenia. Są również stosowane w testach diagnostycznych jako molekuły rozpoznające analit. Szybka diagnostyka pozwalająca monitorować stan pacjenta jest niezbędna w nowoczesnej medycynie. Liczba testów wykonywanych w domu lub w laboratorium stale rośnie, co przekłada się na wzrost popytu na nowe cząsteczki rozpoznające antygeny. Pure Biologics już w 2012 r. wdrożyła cieszącą się dużym zainteresowaniem platformę PureSelect do poszukiwania przeciwciał opartą o technikę prezentacji fagowej jako alternatywę dla immunizacji zwierząt. Zebrane przez lata doświadczenie pozwoliło zidentyfikować obszary wymagające ulepszenia, tak aby odpowiedzieć na zmieniające się zapotrzebowania rynkowe, i skłoniło nas do opracowania nowego produktu o zwiększonej funkcjonalności i skuteczności, który zapewni nam konkurencyjność i większy udziału w rynku. The aim of the project “Service technology platform for searching for fragments of antibodies with therapeutic and diagnostic potential” (hereinafter: The project) implemented by Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. is to develop an innovative platform for searching and producing antibody fragments based on phage display technology. As a result of the project, we will implement a product innovation in the form of a significantly improved antibody search service in relation to available solutions. The ability of immunoglobulins to recognise a wide range of antigens makes them at the heart of drug development and medical diagnosis. The antibodies are precisely directed to the site of the disease, minimising the side effects of treatment. They are also used in diagnostic tests as analyte-recognition molecules. A quick diagnostic to monitor the patient’s condition is essential in modern medicine. The number of tests performed at home or in the laboratory is constantly increasing, resulting in an increase in demand for new molecules that recognise antigens. In 2012, Pure Biologics launched a highly popular PureSelect platform to search for antibodies based on phage presentation technique as an alternative to animal immunisation. The experience gained over the years has identified areas for improvement to respond to changing market demands, and has led us to develop a new product with increased functionality and efficiency to ensure our competitiveness and greater market share. EU L 187/1 du 26.6.2014). L’objectif du projet «Plateforme technologique de service pour la recherche de fragments d’anticorps présentant un potentiel thérapeutique et diagnostique» (ci-après: Projet) mis en œuvre par Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. est le développement d’une plate-forme innovante pour la recherche et la production de fragments d’anticorps basés sur l’affichage des phages. Grâce à ce projet, nous mettrons en œuvre sur le marché l’innovation des produits sous la forme d’un service de recherche d’anticorps nettement amélioré par rapport aux solutions disponibles. La capacité des immunoglobulines à reconnaître un large éventail d’antigènes les rend au centre du développement des médicaments et du diagnostic médical. Les anticorps ciblent précisément le site de la maladie, en minimisant les effets secondaires du traitement. Ils sont également utilisés dans les tests diagnostiques comme molécules qui reconnaissent l’analyte. Un diagnostic rapide pour surveiller l’état du patient est essentiel dans la médecine moderne. Le nombre de tests effectués à domicile ou en laboratoire est en constante augmentation, ce qui se traduit par une augmentation de la demande de nouvelles molécules qui reconnaissent les antigènes. Pure Biologics a lancé une plateforme de recherche d’anticorps PureSelect très populaire basée sur la technique de présentation phage comme alternative à l’immunisation animale dès 2012. L’expérience acquise au fil des ans nous a permis d’identifier les domaines à améliorer afin de répondre à l’évolution des exigences du marché et nous a incités à développer un nouveau produit doté d’une fonctionnalité et d’une efficacité accrues qui nous procureront une compétitivité et une part de marché accrues. Juni 2014 zur Feststellung der Vereinbarkeit bestimmter Gruppen von Beihilfen mit dem Binnenmarkt in Anwendung der Artikel 107 und 108 AEUV (ABl. URZ. EU L 187/1 vom 26.6.2014). Ziel des Projekts „Service-Technologieplattform zur Suche nach Antikörperfragmenten mit therapeutischem und diagnostischem Potenzial“ (im Folgenden: Projekt) durchgeführt von Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. ist die Entwicklung einer innovativen Plattform für die Suche und Herstellung von Antikörperfragmenten auf Basis von Phage-Displays. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden wir auf dem Markt Produktinnovationen in Form eines deutlich verbesserten Antikörper-Suchdienstes im Vergleich zu den verfügbaren Lösungen umsetzen. Die Fähigkeit von Immunglobulinen, eine breite Palette von Antigenen zu erkennen, macht sie im Zentrum der Arzneimittelentwicklung und der medizinischen Diagnose. Antikörper zielen genau auf den Ort der Krankheit ab, wodurch die Nebenwirkungen der Behandlung minimiert werden. Sie werden auch in diagnostischen Tests als Moleküle verwendet, die den Analyt erkennen. Eine schnelle Diagnostik zur Überwachung des Zustands des Patienten ist in der modernen Medizin unerlässlich. Die Zahl der Tests, die zu Hause oder im Labor durchgeführt werden, nimmt ständig zu, was zu einer steigenden Nachfrage nach neuen Molekülen führt, die Antigene erkennen. Pure Biologics startete bereits 2012 eine hoch beliebte PureSelect Antikörper-Suchplattform, die auf Phage-Präsentationstechnik als Alternative zur Tierimmunisierung basiert. Het doel van het project „Service technologieplatform voor het zoeken naar antilichaamfragmenten met therapeutische en diagnostische mogelijkheden” (hierna: Project) uitgevoerd door Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. is de ontwikkeling van een innovatief platform voor het zoeken en produceren van antilichaamfragmenten op basis van fage display. Als gevolg van het project zullen we op de markt productinnovatie implementeren in de vorm van een aanzienlijk verbeterde antilichamenzoekservice in vergelijking met de beschikbare oplossingen. Het vermogen van immunoglobulinen om een breed scala van antigenen te herkennen maakt ze in het centrum van de ontwikkeling van geneesmiddelen en medische diagnose. UE L 187/1 del 26.6.2014). L'obiettivo del progetto "Piattaforma tecnologica di servizio per la ricerca di frammenti di anticorpi con potenziale terapeutico e diagnostico" (di seguito: Progetto) implementato da Pure Biologics Sp. z o.o. è lo sviluppo di una piattaforma innovativa per la ricerca e la produzione di frammenti anticorpali basati sulla visualizzazione dei fagi. Come risultato del progetto, implementeremo sul mercato l'innovazione del prodotto sotto forma di un servizio di ricerca anticorpale notevolmente migliorato rispetto alle soluzioni disponibili. La capacità delle immunoglobuline di riconoscere una vasta gamma di antigeni li rende al centro dello sviluppo dei farmaci e della diagnosi medica. Gli anticorpi puntano precisamente sul sito della malattia, minimizzando gli effetti collaterali del trattamento. Sono anche utilizzati nei test diagnostici come molecole che riconoscono l'analita. La diagnosi rapida per monitorare le condizioni del paziente è essenziale nella medicina moderna. Il numero di test effettuati a casa o in laboratorio è in costante aumento, il che si traduce in un aumento della domanda di nuove molecole che riconoscono gli antigeni. Pure Biologics ha lanciato una piattaforma di ricerca di anticorpi PureSelect molto popolare basata sulla tecnica di presentazione dei fagi come alternativa all'immunizzazione animale già nel 2012.
