PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja budynku teatru AGT ROK „Mazury Garbate” przy Pl. Wolności 21C w Olecku wraz z wyposażeniem wielofunkcyjnej sali z wiodącą funkcją sali teatralnej oraz pomieszczeń technicznych w niezbędny sprzęt nagłośnieniowy, oświetleniowy i multimedialny i zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół obiektu (działek nr 444/4 i 3151/3 położonej pomiędzy Pl. Wolności a ul. Partyzantów). ZAKRES RZECZOWY Do zakresu rzeczowego należą: 1.Roboty budowlane; 2.Nadzór inwestorski; 3.Dostawa sprzętu oświetleniowego i nagłośnieniowego. Projekt nie jest rozpoczęty i będzie realizowany jednoetapowo.. Planowany termin realizacji to 06.2020-12.2021. Inwestorem i operatorem projektu będzie ROK „Mazury Garbate”. Wnioskodawca jest przygotowany do realizacji projektu, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną, kosztorys, pozwolenie na budowę i zezwolenia konserwatora zabytków. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy Gminy Olecko, turyści, artyści. W obecnej chwili teatr AGT jest wyłączony z użytkowania, co powoduje ograniczenie dostępu do oferty programowej. Projekt umożliwi wdrożenie nowej i poszerzenie aktualnej oferty o zasięg i skalę realizacji tj. zwiększenie liczby widzów, w szczególności dotyczy to oferty kulturalnej w wachlarzu produktów turystycznych województwa jak: -Finały Regionalnego Konkursu Recytatorskiego im. Wacława Klejmonta; -Ogólnopolski Konkurs Recytatorski „Spotkania z poezją”; -Powiatowy Konkurs Recytatorsko-Muzyczny; -SZTAMA-Spotkania ze Sztuką; -Oleckie Zderzenia ze Słowem i Dźwiękiem POEZJI GRAM. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie rozszerzona o nowe elementy dotychczasowa oferta kulturalna tj.: muzyczna, teatralna, filmowa i wystawiennicza. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia Osi priorytetowej 6 i Poddziałania 6.1.2. SzOOP, co opisano w pkt. 3.4. W projekcie przewiduje się dostosowanie obiektu teatru dla osób niepełnosprawnych poprzez budowę pochylni, dostosowanie toalet oraz usunięcie barier architektonicznych. (Polish)

Subject of the project The object of the project is the modernisation of the AGT YOK theatre “Mazury Garbate” at Pl. 21C Freedom in Olecek, together with the equipment of a multifunctional hall with a leading function of the theatre hall and technical rooms with the necessary sound, lighting and multimedia equipment and land development around the facility (plots Nos 444/4 and 3151/3 located between Pl. Freedom and st. Guerrillas). Material scope The material scope includes: 1.Construction robots; 2.Investor supervision; 3.Delivery of lighting and sound equipment. The project is not launched and will be implemented in one step. The planned implementation date is 06.2020-12.2021. The investor and operator of the project will be the YEAR “Mazury Garbate”. The applicant is prepared for the implementation of the project, has the necessary technical documentation, cost estimate, building permit and permits of the conservator of monuments. The recipients of the project will be residents of the municipality of Olecko, tourists, artists. At present AGT theatre is excluded from use, which restricts access to the program offer. The project will enable the implementation of the new offer and the extension of the current offer by the scope and scale of the implementation, i.e. increasing the number of viewers, in particular the cultural offer in the range of tourist products of the voivodship such as: —Finals of the Wenceslas Klejmont Regional Recycling Competition; —National recitation competition “Meetings with poetry”; — District Recyctive-Musical Competition; —SZTAMA-Meetings with Art; —Olectic collisions with the Word and Sound of the POEZ GRAM. As a result of the project, new elements of the existing cultural offer will be extended, i.e.: music, theatre, film and exhibition. The project is in line with Priority Axis 6 and Sub-Action 6.1.2. SZOOP, as described in paragraph. 3.4. The project foresees adaptation of the theatre facility for people with disabilities by building slipways, adjusting toilets and removing architectural barriers. (English)

Objet du projet L’objet du projet est la modernisation du théâtre AGT YOK «Mazury Garbate» à Pl. 21C Liberté à Olecek, ainsi que l’équipement d’une salle multifonctionnelle avec une fonction principale de la salle de théâtre et des salles techniques avec le matériel sonore, d’éclairage et multimédia nécessaire et l’aménagement du terrain autour de l’installation (plots nos 444/4 et 3151/3 situé entre Pl. Liberté et st. Guérilleros). Champ d’application matériel Le champ d’application matériel comprend: Robots 1.Construction; 2.Surveillance des investisseurs; 3.Livraison de l’éclairage et de l’équipement sonore. Le projet n’est pas lancé et sera mis en œuvre en une seule étape. La date de mise en œuvre prévue est 06.2020-12.2021. L’investisseur et l’opérateur du projet seront l’ANNÉE «Mazury Garbate». Le demandeur est préparé pour la mise en œuvre du projet, dispose de la documentation technique nécessaire, de l’estimation des coûts, du permis de construire et des permis de conservation des monuments. Les bénéficiaires du projet seront les résidents de la municipalité d’Olecko, les touristes, les artistes. À l’heure actuelle, le théâtre de l’AGT est exclu de l’utilisation, ce qui limite l’accès à l’offre de programme. Le projet permettra la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle offre et l’extension de l’offre actuelle par la portée et l’ampleur de la mise en œuvre, c’est-à-dire augmenter le nombre de téléspectateurs, en particulier l’offre culturelle dans la gamme de produits touristiques de la voïvodie tels que: —Finales du concours régional de recyclage de Wenceslas Klejmont; —Concours national de récitation «Rencontres avec la poésie»; — Concours Recyctive-Musical de district; —SZTAMA-Rencontres avec l’art; Collisions avec le mot et le son du POEZ GRAM. À la suite du projet, de nouveaux éléments de l’offre culturelle existante seront étendus, à savoir: musique, théâtre, film et exposition. Le projet est conforme à l’axe prioritaire 6 et à la sous-action 6.1.2. SZOOP, tel que décrit au point. 3.4. Le projet prévoit l’adaptation de l’installation de théâtre pour les personnes handicapées en construisant des cales, en ajustant les toilettes et en supprimant les barrières architecturales. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung des AGT YOK Theaters „Mazury Garbate“ am Pl. 21C Freedom in Olecek, zusammen mit der Ausstattung einer multifunktionalen Halle mit einer führenden Funktion der Theaterhalle und technischen Räumen mit der notwendigen Klang-, Beleuchtungs- und Multimedia-Ausstattung und Landentwicklung rund um die Anlage (Plots Nrn. 444/4 und 3151/3 zwischen Pl. Freiheit und M. B. Guerillas). Materialumfang Der Materialumfang umfasst: 1. Bauroboter; 2.Investor-Aufsicht; 3. Lieferung von Beleuchtung und Klangausrüstung. Das Projekt wird nicht gestartet und in einem Schritt umgesetzt. Der geplante Umsetzungstermin ist 06.2020-12.2021. Investor und Betreiber des Projekts werden das JAHR „Mazury Garbate“ sein. Der Antragsteller ist für die Durchführung des Projekts vorbereitet, verfügt über die erforderlichen technischen Unterlagen, Kostenvoranschläge, Baugenehmigungen und Genehmigungen des Denkmalkonservators. Die Empfänger des Projekts werden Bewohner der Gemeinde Olecko, Touristen, Künstler sein. Derzeit ist AGT-Theater von der Nutzung ausgeschlossen, was den Zugang zum Programmangebot beschränkt. Das Projekt wird die Umsetzung des neuen Angebots und die Erweiterung des derzeitigen Angebots um den Umfang und den Umfang der Umsetzung ermöglichen, d. h. die Zahl der Zuschauer zu erhöhen, insbesondere das kulturelle Angebot im Bereich der touristischen Produkte der Woiwodschaft, wie z. Onderwerp van het project Het doel van het project is de modernisering van het AGT YOK theater „Mazury Garbate” in Pl. 21C Vrijheid in Olecek, samen met de uitrusting van een multifunctionele zaal met een leidende functie van de theaterzaal en technische ruimtes met de nodige geluids-, verlichtings- en multimediaapparatuur en grondontwikkeling rond de faciliteit (percelen nrs. 444/4 en 3151/3 gelegen tussen Pl. Vrijheid en st. Guerrilla’s). Materieel toepassingsgebied Het materiële toepassingsgebied omvat: 1.Bouwrobots; 2.Investor supervisie; 3.Delivery van verlichting en geluidsapparatuur. Het project is niet van start gegaan en zal in één stap worden uitgevoerd. De geplande uitvoeringsdatum is 06.2020-12.2021. De investeerder en exploitant van het project is het JAAR „Mazury Garbate”. De aanvrager is voorbereid op de uitvoering van het project, beschikt over de nodige technische documentatie, kostenraming, bouwvergunning en vergunningen van de conservator van monumenten. De ontvangers van het project zijn inwoners van de gemeente Olecko, toeristen, kunstenaars. Op dit moment is AGT theater uitgesloten van gebruik, wat de toegang tot het programmaaanbod beperkt. Het project voorziet in aanpassing van de theaterfaciliteit voor mensen met een handicap door het bouwen van hellingen, het aanpassen van toiletten en het verwijderen van architectonische barrières. Oggetto del progetto L'oggetto del progetto è la modernizzazione del teatro AGT YOK "Mazury Garbate" a Pl. 21C Libertà a Olecek, insieme con l'attrezzatura di una sala multifunzionale con una funzione principale della sala teatrale e sale tecniche con il necessario suono, illuminazione e attrezzature multimediali e lo sviluppo del territorio intorno alla struttura (partite n. 444/4 e 3151/3 situati tra Pl. Libertà e st. Guerriglieri). Ambito materiale L'ambito materiale comprende: 1.Costruzione robot; Vigilanza 2.Investor; 3.Delivery di illuminazione e apparecchiature audio. Il progetto non viene avviato e sarà attuato in un'unica fase. La data di attuazione prevista è il 6.2020-12.2021. L'investitore e gestore del progetto sarà l'ANNO "Mazury Garbate". Il richiedente è preparato per l'attuazione del progetto, dispone della documentazione tecnica necessaria, stima dei costi, permesso di costruzione e permessi del conservatore dei monumenti. I destinatari del progetto saranno residenti nel comune di Olecko, turisti, artisti. Attualmente il teatro AGT è escluso dall'uso, il che limita l'accesso all'offerta del programma.
